The room was dirty, smelled absolutely awful, not safe, pot smoking smells, requesting a FULL refund - did not stay - looked inside the room and immediately walked out to the front desk and requested a full refund - summited a refund request through Booking.com. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!

Nothing at all
So bad, people working on vehicles and thought for sure my car was going to be used as parts. I actually left and went else where because I was so uncomfortable
Great location just off of I 75 near Bay City. The desk manager was super nice and accomodating to us. The price was one of the lowest in the area.
The rooms need a little refreshing and paint touch up but were clean. The breakfast was a little limited and could use more protein / meats / hard boiled eggs etc.

This is a lie about this hotel on the website the hotel looks good on the website when we go in there it do not look the same it looks raggedy junkie look like a drug hotel don't ever stay at night because you're going to find pee stains in the middle of the mattress you're going to find more in your refrigerator and then if you need a refund if you pay cash they won't give you a refund you have to call police I'm going to get your refund back what kind of stuff is that when you're the customer I was unsatisfied then the manager has the nerves to ask me why did I pull the covers back over on the mattress what do you think everybody does that
Staff were friendly. Rooms were large and comfortable.
Location is not the most desirable. There is no elevator and my mom is 87 (kind of hard to walk those steps).

The room and halls were a little musty until the air condition circulated it through. The loud music well into the night from other rooms.

Found dried brownie or cake crumb chunks in sheets when pulled them back, so evidentally sheets were not changed or staff was eating making bed. Whole room needed a deep clean instead of just a spot cleaning. Ice bucket was filled with a bag of water. All the back steps to back entry doors #1,2,&3 that goes to the rooms are very steep without any hand rails.

The bed was comfortable. The place was quiet.
The place was dirty, had a over disinfectant smell. The room had been mopped/wiped down with a oily slippery substance. Weird smell.
Location
The facility is not as advertised. It is very old and I had to clean off sticky counters and furniture. Floors had been mopped with old water and they were sticky. You couldn’t go barefoot for sure. Decide not to even try the shower because it didn’t look clean. If I would have paid 58.00 for-the night not 100.00 maybe I would have felt like it was what I paid for. There was a coffee maker in the room but no cups, to make it. No soap, shampoo or any amenities in the room.
