Very easy and convenient location

Pros:

Average , could do with more assortment of yogurts and pastries were hard staff very friendly

Disappointed.
Pros:

The location was ideal.

Cons:

Hotel its self was fine but room very small , very basic , very old and tatty furniture.
No A/C. Radiator didn’t work.
Safe was locked and we couldn’t access it.
Wouldn’t use this hotel again.

Cons:

Hotel pretty run down, especially the pool and changing areas. Had tk book kn for swim slots, feels very covid times still not nice. Rooms dated aswell.

Cons:

Staff at bar swearing not a care for anyone in dining area. Food was over cooked not good at all. In morning staff where late opening up horizons absolutely shocking. Staff need a good kick up the arse and more training

An ill judged last minute booking into this shabby and previous Asylum hotel
Pros:

There was not a single thing that I liked about this former Asylum Hotel and it seems evident to me that the hotel was never refurbished after they left in December 2023.

Cons:

I fail to see how this shabby hotel has a 4 star rating. It has very dated rooms with furniture that had clearly seen better days. The rooms were not clean, the bathroom was disgusting with mold, a broken seat and very poorly maintained. It was in need of replacing.
you needed to kick to door open and shut and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and small.

Great location, good staff, good food but a tired decor
Pros:

Its location was great. The food at dinner was very good too

Cons:

It was very tired. The spa facilities were very old and the hot tub hardly bubbled and was cold. The carpets all need replacing in the hotel which would game a big difference and the walls need a fresh paint.
