Pros:

Everything but the breakfast the staff were so rude just didn't understand English and ignored my wife wile getting breakfast breakfast was a shambles if didn't get there at 8 am you got nothing but cold food Peter farrell

Relieved & Pleasantly Surprised
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming, room was clean & comfy. Lovely view from room 313 of bunnies playing on the grass.
Pleasantly surprised overall, despite lots of poor reviews, not very positive, I found this hotel to be pretty good. Bit tired in places but no big deal. Pool area was nice enough. Didn't have breakfast but others reported that it was good and plenty of it.

Cons:

WiFi was a letdown.

The general feel of the place made you feel welcome and valued at the same time.

Cons:

Not their fault that we arrived late, so the spa was shut. We will make sure to come earlier next time.

Spent one night to be close to the hospital and did not pay for beakfast

The location was ok, stuck on a roundabout though, very quick in the car. There is a pool. It was cheap

breakfast is good.

Cons:

The reason is not good as the TV have not use subtities bec we both deaf and the bed is tooo soft. And the room was too small as through we booked it ages ago so why we are not getting a good room?? we wont go back this hotel again.
