Not much this time
There was no kettle in room when we arrived,had a wait to get a replacement. The sink was dirty, problem with sink emptying
The staff where amazing we started with a broken door to our room which wasnt fixable so we was moved bar staff where excellent but no manager on site so when our food took over an hour to arrive and was mediocre at best the poor bar staff had to deal with it, because we was still hungry we thought you cant go wrong with a pudding but that never came at all so got our money back thanks to the great bar staff
Needs management to pull there socks up and be there of an evening it could do with a bit of tlc

The hotel doesn't deserve its 4-star rating; it is very old, lacks amenities, and is poorly equipped. The staff were not attentive enough; they did nothing about the issues I reported regarding the towels and a broken fan. The pool was dirty and rusty, and water was leaking from the ceiling at the reception. They wouldn't let us check in when we arrived early, and when we returned at the official check-in time, they said the room still wasn't ready and made us wait for an hour. My advice is not to go there at all—especially during the hot summer months, as you would roast in the room.
Aircon in the foyer
No aircon in the room just a feeble fan. Tatty old shower cubicle with leaky door and blocked drain. Filthy looking sofas in the suite.

The room was very clean, and the free parking was excellent. The included breakfast was great, and having two restaurants on-site was very convenient. Great value!
Some rooms lack air conditioning, so keep the windows open if it gets warm.

Room was not very clean , toilet didn't work correctly and tv didn't work , even after reporting it. Woke up with bites on my legs . Hotel needs updating and a good clean
