Clean but very basic!
Pros:

It was in an ideal location to where our event was.

Cons:

Very basic, tired looking rooms. Kept running out of food and plates for breakfast.

quite disappointing and not 4 stars worthy
Pros:

nice pool and swimming area, comfortable bed and nice staff

Cons:

dirty bathroom, and bedroom, the toilet flush didn't work properly and a lot of molt spots on the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom also no toilet brush and dirty towels

Good value , nice food
Pros:

Nice facilitys pool and steam room , food was really nice , room was nice size and comfy

Cons:

Dirty cups in room when we first arrived but quickly rectified and lack of blankets again quickly rectified

Pros:

The bed was clean and comfortable, the towels were good

Cheap, friendly staff….but won’t stay again!
Pros:

In the right place for stay, the staff were fantastic, especially the young lady in the bar. She had a whole load of problems and she was the only one to deal with it.

Cons:

It’s very tired….the pictures on website show a well looked after place, in reality, leaking ceiling, wet carpet on corridors. The room had holes on walls, marks on the walls. The radiator was on full so to hot for me and had the window open but as the radiator was directly under it, didn’t make much difference. Tv in room was so complicated to use and when we did manage to find channels, it was all American no English channels to watch. The bar had run out of some much food it seem like. When we did get the food it was so salty I was ill the whole night.

Overnight short stay in Basingstoke.
Pros:

The pool was a good to relax at the end of the day. Library bar was a nice place to spend the evening. Had a problem with our room's TV and when reported the staff moved us to another as the original problem couldn't be sorted.

Cons:

Radiator noise during the night.

Absolutely shocking never again don’t recommend this hotel to anyone
Pros:

the person who served me other then him i nothing an would definitely not book it again

Cons:

Blood on the curtains,crisps in the bed was told to go in one room then told no don’t go in that room as it’s dirty so gave us another one and that was dirty brown water in the sink that didn’t drain dirty pillows

Cons:

The guy in reception for gym,souna and pool wasn't much helpful,changing room was pretty dirty lots hair on floor,I seen even some lady round pool fully clothes with jacket on and shoes without protection I think was highly unhygienic and in steem room the floor was dirty as well so I couldn't use swimming and steem room from 3 days stay 2 days I couldn't go shame that was actually I came for to relax but I couldn't

Stains on the towel. Stains on the chair. Mould in the bathroom. Blood stains on the curtain. Cold breakfast. Lack of staff. Disgusting dinner chips were inedible.
