Initial welcome was ok
No water Tue evening and had to book another hotel. Staff we're unhelpful and really couldn't have cared about guests. No leadership from management.

Visited this hotel several years ago and it has certainly changed. Although clean throughout, it is dated. The Restaurant has gone just an ordering of food from the bar. The menu being very basic. The staff were very good but not enough of them. The executive bedroom was comfortable but again out dated and not to a level of an executive room.
The breakfast was not good, the food looked OK but because there were so view in the breakfast room the hot buffet food was dried out being stood for too long. It seemed that the majority of other guests were unfortunate homeless people being given accommodation. I cannot see how the Hotel can be given 5 stars
