Friendly helpful staff great location

I won’t return if I hadn’t had things booked the next day I would have checked out and gone home

The location was ok that’s all it has going for it

Cons:

It was dirty, the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time
I walked it to old contact lens stuck in the shelf
Empty contact lens open cases next to the bin
There was so much mould in the shower I could wipe it with my finger and I came off so it definitely hadn’t been cleaned at all!!
It is dated but decor doesn’t bother me it is the face it isn’t clean at all!!!! I didn’t want to take off my shoes

Hotel is in very poor condition. Broken furniture in the rooms. Not clean. Wallpaper ripped off ect

It was close to the town

Cons:

I was ment to have 1 super king and 1 dojble bed instead got 2 singles and a double mad the stsy uncomfortbale as we had to out 2 singkes together snd the gsp inbeetween was very uncomfortable. Also facilities were very small amd had to be on a timer for use we would be ssked to lesve sfter 30 or 40 mins depending on how busy they deemed. Our rooms tv was broken on arrival and when i asked why at the desm tbey ssid were just full book but are aware it is broken.

Didn’t like the bedroom cleanliness at all with bad mattress

Hotels needs a good clean and staff improvement
Cons:

Hotel had a terrible musky damp smell the staff were never at the desk or the bar always had to wait around

Rated as a four star, it’s more like a two star
Pros:

Breakfast was okay

Cons:

Was supposed to check in at 3 o’clock, but our room was not ready till 445 Restaurant shut and hasn’t been open in weeks no explanation given when we asked the receptionist he just said been he’s been working there for a month and it hasn’t been opened since he’s been there paint peeling off the walls can of Beer and Fag butts outside and the bar didn’t open till gone 3 o’clock no early check-in was available even when we offered to pay

Very disappointed
Pros:

I didn’t like anything about the property other than the location.

Cons:

Was not impressed at all, the hotel is very run down and needs a lot of repairs.
Our room for 2 adults and 2 kids had one large bed and one small bed.
The room smelt damp and dirty, I would not walk round the room without shoes on or even touch anything.
The room was falling apart parts hanging of from window frames, damp windows, parts hanging of the walls and not clean at all.
Was not impressed at all and could not wait to check out the next morning.
Could not wait to get home and have a shower as it felt very grimy.

there was a swimming pool, but there were certain conditions associated with the use.
