Cons:

The girl at check in was so unfriendly! I am a Hilton member didn't offer any water. The beds were hard, pillows flat, no blanket on bed or in closet. Microwave turntable broke. Had to use a towel for a blanket on the bed. We used to always stay there, will not be again. Went over to Ybor city next night had a much better night, didn't like paying 30.00 to park car.

Stay was cut short since I left due to German Cockroaches, beware
Pros:

Staff was friendly and location was where I needed to be for work.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean. There were pubes in the shower and German cockroaches in the bed. Very disappointed for a stay at the Hilton.

Overall a great place to stay = we are going back in 2 weeks!
Pros:

I enjoyed the check in process, the layout of the lobby and relaxation spaces -- everything very clean and fresh. Room was quite comfortable!

Cons:

Only because you asked... lol Im not for bright lighting in a bar or restaurant area - but I did understand its connected with the lobby.

Not happy with my stay
Pros:

We spent $400 for one night, yet the shower never got warm enough on a cold day/night, to take a decent shower. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly and the paint on the bathtub was peeling and exposing rust which actually cut my daughter's foot.

Also,I ripped the sheets off of our beds because both fitted sheets had stains on them. The room also smelled old and musty/damp.
