My family stayed here & had Pathetic Breakfast, Dirty Rooms, Dirty bedsheets & Pillows, Non working shower, Non working phone in room. Won’t be staying again for sure.

It was a very quick stay for me. The hotel was slightly in a tricky location as the area is quite busy. Overall, check-in process was smooth. The staff were very accomodating. Room was clean and well replenished. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

The hotel was clean. Staff were responsive. Food was nice. Service was excellent. The over all experience was great. Location of hotel is very good. The only thing I could as for is please reviews food prices.

Few rooms are better then the others. The towels are very thin

The property location is very convenient.While it is in downtown it is still very quiet.The food options are great.

We loved our stay here and were able to entertain a horde of guests in the lobby. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had breakfast at the hotel and loved it.

Except for some unavoidable work going on at the entrance, We had nothing really to complain.

The staff at reception, restaurant were cery nice, made me feel homely. Respectful, caring, helpful.

Friendly, efficient staff.Clean secure room. Staff always willing to arrange transport etc.

There are a mixture of renovated rooms and older rooms. The newer rooms are obviously nicer. They really could do with new towels as they weren’t nice and newer ironing boards. Overall very convenient for the purpose of our stay.

Excellent location near airport, lots of great shopping immediately outside, great dining options onsite and nearby (especially Ram Krishna), and staff are stellar. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet!

The room we got was terrible. Noisy old AC, Bathroom outdated and dirty. Good location though. we checked out after 3 days and stayed at Hilton which was just superb. You get what you pay at this hotel.

Great service, clean, good dining options onsite, great breakfast buffet, daily housekeeping was excellent (except the one day someone tried to clean at 7:30am - scared me as I was not dressed, but luckily had the door latched. My fault for not indicating “Do not disturb” but that’s still too early for housekeeping). Great shopping and dining nearby. Staff is excellent. Highly recommend. Only 4 stars for staff/service because of the one snafu with housekeeping.

Parle International, so close to the Airport & next to the station, provides excellent & friendly service at an affordable price. Guidance by Duty Managers ( especially) Mr Vijayan & all staff is always good , over the last 10 years . Highly recommended . Dr Raj

The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Great service overall making the stay very enjoyable!
Special mention: Sachin at the front desk, Anthony in the breakfast area, Hritika in Housekeeping, Mithun in room service were awesome!!!!
