Pros:

Posizione ottima, a due passi dai giardini di Lussemburgo e a 10 minuti a piedi da notre dame. Hotel su strada con divieto di accesso alle macchine e quindi molto silenzioso. Camera spaziosa e confortevole, peccato per la moquette che, parere personale, non da l'idea di pulizia assoluta.

Ok one, but we will not repeat there

Cons:

They did not want us that there sure and terribly noisy construction in on the floor above. We couldn’t rest when we wanted as the drilling would start at 10:30 and last during the day. Yes, we were going out but some day we wanted to rest in the afternoon and that was not possible. They offered the breakfast as compensation which was a nice gesture but still… family vacation with kids that want to rest and … drilling. If we knew, we would change the hotel. One more thing - In the evening there is nobody to pour a glass of wine.. so if you don’t want to leave the kids alone and go in a bar, there is no solution for the parents. The rooms are small so staying there was not preferred.

Convenient, Clean, and Comfortable.
Pros:

The Location was good not in a super touristy area so it was quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were comfortable too. Every floor seemed to have a different “theme” or element of upgrades. The one we stayed on, the first floor to the left of the lobby, was not updated but had plenty of room. The room to the right was updated but I didn’t like the shower area. The second room we had on the fourth floor was slightly more modern and still very comfortable. But the 3rd floor was bright and fresh and seemed to be the most modern. There is an amazing crêpe restaurant right next door!

Cons:

We had an issue with our shower. There was zero hot water and if you could get a little there was zero pressure. This went on for 2/3 nights. My kids showered in different rooms within the hotel that were empty. The last night it was fixed and it was a very pleasant, hot water and great pressure. I just felt like we deserved better a room change or compensation for the inconvenience. Upon checking out I was told the manger would reach out which did not happen. I called and emailed and was offered 10% off my next stay. Which is a joke bc we’re from the US. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Beautiful hotel in a great area,with a delicious and filling breakfast.
Pros:

They were so nice and put us in a deluxe room both nights we were there. They gave us a freezer breakfast one morning and we paid the second morning. The breakfast was delicious! It had a huge variety of different kinds of food.

Cons:

Мебель старая, душ протекает (из-под лейки брызжет вода), прикроватный светильник-бра болтается на честном слове, телефон в чем-то заляпан, обустройство номера (пустой мини-бар, отсутствие салфетниц, каких-то минимальных бытовых гаджетов) не соответствует ни ****, ни стоимости номера, ни требованию оставлять залог при заезде.
