Hotel je na dobroj lokaciji, cist.

Hotel je na jako dobroj lokaciji. I cisto je.

Cons:

Kada sam rezervisao hotel nisu rekli da se ceo prvi sprat renovira. Komplet!! Lupanje plocica i svega. Gosti pre mene koji su odlazili zalili su se. Na visim spratovima se ne cuje toliko ali se ipak cuje.
Osoblje je neprofesionalno jer nas ne upute unapred ,a dosli smo na odmor. Pritom su nam dva dana dali jexnu sobu, druga dva su nam menjali.
Sobe do lifta su jako lose zvucno izolovsne (vrata su NIKAKVA) I Kratka pa struji vazduh ispod ako je promaja.
Osoblje bi trebalo da bude prpfesionalnije zbog buducih vracanja gostiju na istu lokaciju. Ipak je Pariz grad u koji se stalno vracas.

We had a very nice stay. The staff was very accommodating.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. The air condition wasn't working properly for the firs 2 days of our stay. They brought us fans. By the 3rd day the air worked. Hotel was very clean. They are remodeling the rooms and we stayed in an updated room. The location was good. We walked to many of the sites.

Cons:

It would be nice if they served coffee all day in the lobby not just 3:00 to 6:00

Pobyt v hotelu předčil naše očekávání. Hotel je krásně a také prakticky zařízený, čistý, s nadstandardním servisem jako například denní doplňování vody na pokoji, odpolední káva a dezert u recepce. Snídaně byla naprosto úžasná, kromě standardní nabídky vajec, uzenin a sýrů také výběr z teplých jídel, které se denně obměňovaly, výborné sladké pečivo, fresch juice atd.

Cons:

Jediná drobná výtka směřuje k tomu, že pokoj byl inzerován jako trojlůžkový, ale jednalo se o klasický dvojlůžkový pokoj s přistýlkou (tj. rozložené křeslo). Třetí osoba je tak ochuzena o jinak úžasně pohodlné postele s výbornými matracemi.

Noise… subjected to drilling above our room for entire stay. Complained and nothing done.
Check in was laborious and complicated when we were tired and just wanted to get to room
Receptionist annoyed that we didn’t have card and asked for cash despite the fact we had paid in full before arrival
Upon leaving they said we hadn’t paid a deposit but tgen found it
No ventilation in bathroom
No lock on room door
Tacky fake flowers
Just get a bolt or uber to and from airport . Half the price the hotel was trying to charge

Uncomfortable stay
Pros:

Cleanliness and good location

Cons:

Too noisy, on Friday and Saturday morning they we fixing in the hotel something drilling into the walls and we couldnt sleep well, and the doors and soundproof at all, anybody passing in the corridor you can hear them clearly.
And the staff knock the door in aggressive loud way

Disappointing.
Pros:

Location but this image of the hotel is incorrect. Our room was tiny, dirt and faced out to a building site.

Cons:

It was dirty, carpets were filthy, sheets were stained and it was a building site on the next level. It was also very insecure. There was a manager there at night but he did not look up once when I walked in. I travelled with two children and felt it was a little unsafe.
