Great location, near public transport, shopping center, restaurants. Parking in shopping center nearby. Our room had a big terrace on the roof, which was nice. Room itself was relatively small for 3 people.

Posizione fantastica, in pieno centro a Nizza, a due passi da Nice Etoile, con ampia disponibilità di parcheggi e servizi di tutti i generi. Nonostante la centralità, la camera era molto silenziosa. Staff estremamente accogliente e disponibile, camere adeguate e pulite, Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, esperienza assolutamente da raccomandare

Vicinissimo alla fermata del tram che viene dall'aeroporto e in pieno centro.
La camera pulita e accogliente. Il letto comodo. Molto silenziosa perché dava nel cortile interno.
La colazione molto varia e fatta di prodotti locali e fatti in casa.
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

If you are looking for a nice , quiet area and a good price, stay here!
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful.
We paid for the breakfast each day and it was worth the money! All the items were from local vendors on the southern part of France.
Marine , who sets up the breakfast was wonderful! I am gluten free and each morning she had my gf bread waiting for me!
The director/ manager also came to speak to us and she was lovely!
It is located in a central part of Nice and not far from the train station or the old town .

Pros:

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű hotel, 10 perc sétára az óvárostól, a tengerparttól. De közösségi közlekedés szempontjából is kiváló, 1 perc a villamos megálló. Környékben számos étterem és bevásárlóközpont.

A kanapé ágy rettentően hangos volt, nyikorgott.

Tolle, entspannte Stadt mit ausschließlich freundlichen Menschen
Pros:

Lage, Balkon, Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr klein, wir hatten zwei Einzelbetten bestellt. Das hat nicht geklappt und auch 2 Bettdecken wurden erst beim 2. Nachfragen zur Verfügung gestellt.
