Very good location, close to all main attractions.
It was clean.
There was unpleasant smell from sewage pipes and the same smell was coming from the air conditioning. We had to switch it off. It was also very loud.
Breakfast was very basic. From warm dishes there were only boiled eggs.

Room was comfortable and spacious with seperate bathroom with a walk in shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very central location, close to shopping, restaurants and only a short walk to the beach and Old Town. Breakfast was good with a nice selection that included homemade cakes. We were very grateful for the air conditioning which was very welcomed after a hot day exploring
Reception space is quite small. Not really an issue but it's important to note that there is a flight of about 6 steps to reach the reception area and lift, challenging with heavy suitcases though staff are very helpful in assisting but would be an issue for anyone unable to use stairs.
Walls are thin. We could clearly hear the people in the room next to us and noise from the floor above. A bit annoying particularly when they came in at 2am one morning! Thankfully this did not cause us too much drama but certainly something to be aware of.
Hotel Florence Nice hat eine unschlagbare Lage, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben unsere Auto in dem Einkaufszentrum Nicetoile geparkt, es war um die Ecke, aber teuer. Das Zimmer war klein, aber wir haben genug Platz für unsere Sachen gehabt. Badezimmer war auch klein, aber Dusche war groß genug, nur manchmal hat man unangenehmeres Geruch wahrgenommen, wahrscheinlich wegen alte Rohren . Frühstück war sehr lecker, viele regionale Produkte und alles schön eingerichtet.
Manchmal hat man Gespräche von anderen Zimmer gehört, aber es hat uns nicht gestört.
Our 3 days was amazing, the front desk team was amazing very helpful, friendly and customer oriented. I dont remember the names of the ladies but they were totally amazing, the room was clean and tidy.
They did already had a great score when I booked i do actually highly recommend, peak season will influence the price but I do think it's value for money and will definitely book there again if I'm back in town .
The only thing is that I would have liked a bottle of water in rooms since it's really hot these days but thats the only thing but it's okay it clearly didnt affect our stay at all

Bra läge nära shoppinggata. Trevligt allmänt utrymme med kaffemaskin, vatten m.m. Lån av handduk och parasoll till stranden gratis. Fräscht och fint i ordning. Mkt bra!
