Двухместный базовый номер для "гномиков" очень мало места, в ванной на унитаз сесть не возможно только боком даже при росте 160 см., но если вы крупный или полный человек вы просто никак не сможете пользоваться туалетом, вход в душевую мини кабину будет тоже под большим вопросом... Вид из окна мягко говоря не очень. А так да, в остальном нормально, спать было удобно.
It’s a great location, the room was large and clean. The breakfast was perfect, good coffee, pastries, eggs and meat/cheese and breads.

Hotel is well decorated and very clean , staff were welcoming , comfortable bed , 24 hour reception and felt safe .

Not possible to sit normally on toilet due to wall in front, had to sit sideways and i am 4ft 10 inches !! We were just staying for two nights and would have found it difficult to stay longer , it’s a shame as lovely hotel with strong eco policies

Everything was absolutely flawless. The location is incredibly central, making it so easy to explore the city and catch the tram. We loved the hotel's green philosophy; the eco-friendly touches are very thoughtful and seamlessly integrated. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. A special thanks to the wonderful staff for their warm hospitality and great local tips!

Hotel Florence is an ideal hotel for your stay in Nice. It’s a lovely boutique hotel just off one of the main city centre avenues with easy access to the airport with the tram. The hotel is so central that you can get to the sea with a pleasant 10 minute stroll through the town so it doesn’t feel like a chore (but you can get the tram if you’d like).
The hotel is very nicely designed and has a very elegant and modern feel. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant stay with the very lovely hospitality we received from all staff at the hotel.
Our trip to Nice was to celebrate a birthday and the hotel recognised this in my booking and made it extra special for the birthday guest and had her bed decorated with balloons, petals, a tote bag, a wooden fan and tour guide booklets. The hotel accomodated a few requests we had to the best of their availability for our dates and it was very much appreciated.
There are many staff members that we encountered and all the encounters were always so positive. We didn’t catch everyone’s names, but we did have some conversations with staff members Marine at breakfast and Yoana at the reception, and also the general manager Liliya. Everyone was so lovely. You could see how hard the breakfast team work preparing everything and how helpful the receptionists were with any questions or advice during the stay.
On arrival we were offered the opportunity to select a different pillow to the standard pillows in the hotel rooms. This was a very nice touch and made our sleeps more comfortable getting to pick a very specific type of pillow each for the stay.
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and new cakes and quiches were baked daily. The hotel also has a coffee machine to make a complimentary hot drink all day long which was a bonus.
The breakfast was lovely, but some hot meats and some scrambled or fried egg options would improve the already great breakfast buffet selection.
The rooms are a little bit tight but still do-able for short stays. The fan wasn’t working in one of our two rooms’ en-suites so the demisting took a little longer after showers.
The TVs could do with being updated to smart TVs. The channel selection felt quite regional and most were non-English speaking, which is okay but there wasn’t even a music channel to play in the background, so I would recommend a switch to smart TVs that can avail of the available wifi in the hotel so guests can use their own streaming accounts or use YouTube etc. which would eliminate the TV feeling limited to some guests.
