Pros:

The staff at the front desk and in the kitchen were the friendliest people I've met in a long time. The pool was great and clean. Breakfast was delicious except for the coffee!

Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast hostess was very nice and patient. She was warm and welcoming.

Cons:

As a senior(74 yo) no elevator, stairs were very difficult to maneuver. Also, the toilet in our room was VERY low, like the children’s toilet in our church, to the floor. Could have used a higher toilet. Also the tub wasn’t clean, there were dirty spots.

It was ok for the price I wasn’t expecting much but I would of rather just spent 50 more and went to the Hilton

Nice budget value
Pros:

I liked the location, the breakfast, the staff and the pool. The water in the shower was hot I enjoyed it. Housekeeping and front desk were sweet.

Cons:

I saw some mold in the tub and a bug . The room was smaller than I expected but it was comfortable. It’s a good value overall wish the bathrooms was a little bigger .

The room was nice and area was quiet.

Cons:

I did not like being woken up at 800-830 every morning with housekeeping banging on our door until we opened it to see if we needed anything. I was really wanting to sleep in on Friday and Saturday. Sunday we had to put up the do not disturb sign just to sleep past 830, but still head them banging and yelling on other doors which woke us up regardless. I wish they would start at check out time of 1100 which wouldn't wake people up so early.

Pros:

The room and all buildings were very clean! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well! We always had clean linens and extra soap as needed!
The location is optimal for shopping, dining, and sight seeing. The price was exceptional! We will definitely book here again!!
