Stayed here in 2024 and 2026 so far. Best value hotel for Keystone and Arapahoe Basin ski mountains. Would come back again. It’s always been quiet and safe. With food and convenience store within walking distance. You could also walk to Keystone’s Peru lift if you wanted
The carpet looked old and dirty, other than that I enjoyed the hot tub and friendly staff. It was quiet, comfortable beds.
The guy at the front desk was super friendly
Room was not cleaned after the previous guest. Room was full of garbage, old used towels etc immediately after check-in. When complained, we were asked to wait for an hour (it was 9 pm, we had two toddlers and we had driven a long way to get there).
Right across from the mountain, beautiful in the fall and has a hot tub/sauna, hard to beat!
The price paid reflect the condition of this property. The room was assigned was not what I requested but met my needs. The carpet had not been vacuumed in a while you can feel it while walking but bathroom was clean and stacked. The staff was limited as is their office season and their keys cards were often discontinued and had to call them often to get back in, they showed up fast but their manners are poor and often showed annoyance to do this time and time again. They also had no staff in site for the 4 days I was there. They showed up on last night to ask me to remove my dog from the Jacuzzi area. Are had no notice on it around and I travel with a service animal, this individual spoke to me like I was 2 didn't not allow me to explain and he ran out away so I couldn't find him afterwards. He was nice and grand to my husband but spoke to me like I was dumb. Sadly this place does not take care of their place and it shows but for the price I paid again wasn't expecting the Hyatt. Location wise was 5 min to the conference and it's right below A basin. Parking is off street and very illuminated so it felt ok for me to take dog out in the middle of the night.
The carpet was damp, that was gross. They don't have a coffee maker which is ridiculous given how inexpensive they are. The old mini fridge is loud. It was a quiet place and the surroundings compensate for these small inconveniences.
The lock on the door didn't lock. The TV didn't work. The curtains were a wrinkled up disgusting looking mess. Bathroom shelf was barely hanging on with one screw sideways so you couldn't put anything on it. I didn't want to shower cuz I didn't trust the water. The beds were lumpy pillows were Lumpy. Then on top of that there was two metal bunk beds in there look like a jail cell you see on TV but I think those are more clean. And right when I walked in the door there was a half empty bottle of air freshener that did not help the stench in the room. Needless to say I did not get any rest at all. I had reservations for 3 days I checked out after the first night. There's creepy man going in and out all hours of night. I put my suitcase in front of the door since it didn't lock if somebody tried to come in they would trip over it. I got Bates hotel vibes from this place. It was in a beautiful location a pretty view of the mountains but that was about it. Even the water in the hotel lobby the cooler it tasted nasty.
Room was adequate and was clean. We dont ski but the hotel is in the middle of ski territory.
We have stayed at 3 Peaks Lodge several times over the last bunch of years. Each time we have stayed, we enjoyed the simplicity, efficiency of staff, and cleanliness of our room and the property in general. We love Keystone and usually visit a couple of times per year. That said, we reserved a room for 9/26 to see the aspen trees at their peak. We arrived at 3 Peaks at about 8:30 pm to find that our room was not ready. In telling us the room was not ready, the gentleman at the front desk exclaimed "F****** unbelievable" as he saw that there was no clean room for us. (I can imagine that he had to go make it right as housekeeping staff probably was gone for the day). As my wife and I had our kids there to hear this, we wished he could have used more professional words. He did feel bad about our room not being ready and dutifully went about getting a room ready for us as we ate some dinner in the lobby. About 15 minutes later, he informed us that the room was ready. We thanked him, grabbed the keys, and headed to the room. Sadly, upon entering the room, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned. The carpet had noticible specs of all kinds of things scattered throughout the room. Surfaces were dirty, especially the toilet which had all kinds of stuff including hairs on the rim (sorry to include the yucky details). There was a dirty, crusty black hand towel in the bathtub and we were left with 1 clean towel. As we knew there weren't any other rooms clean, we just decided to deal with it. As we left the next morning, there was nobody at the desk to notify of all this so we just left. As I said at the beginning, we've had plenty of good stays at 3 Peaks, however this was not one of them.
This cozy cabin is all about location and views for the best price around.
The property was fine but needs to be maintained. When we arrived there was a half roll of toilet paper and the front desk person informed us they hadn't restocked. So he found another half roll in an empty room that he gave us.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. The room was not cleaned, at all from previous guest. The toilet and bathroom were left with evidence of the previous occupant. My wife and my 18 month old had to strip our beds and change our sheets. They only provided sheets and towels for us to change ourselves, and would not allow us to clean the bathrooms or have anything to clean up. My wife was livid, and at 10:30 pm as I was changing the sheets, I was regretting booking this hotel. When we tried to speak to a manager the next day, my wife waited for an hour and no one was down stairs at all. Same for me when I left at 7am. Since leaving we have tried calling more than 10 times and no one will answer the phone. AWFUL customer service. Absolutely the worst hotel experience we have ever received!
Had a great stay there the staff was very friendly and inviting. The room was clean, was missing toilet paper, but besides that, overall great stay! Plus, a lovely and convenient location!
The location of this property was great. The price was really fair, but the facility shows some wear.
Beautiful mountain view. The bed was not very comfortable and sagged in the middle so you would roll to the middle of the bed. It was nice and peaceful and the staff was very friendly. The property was very clean inside and out. We would stay here again!
Mountain View
It was nice
The mattress was extremely soft -- it needs to be replaced.
We walked into the lobby and was greeted by a man behind the counter on his cell phone telling whomever to eff off. Told him we had tried calling earlier and he said the owner never answers the phone.
The property has trash all over outside, the sauna has a hole in the floor and is unusable. The bed in our room was uncomfortable, but the linen appeared clean. The sink was clogged and the refrigerator was filthy and severely rusted. There's no hot water for the coffee and tea station they provide. There's no staff available to offer any assistance.
It's a ghost town.
