Skøn morgenmad.
Fantastisk service og betjening også fra Neri i receptionen.
Utrolig høflige personale.
Uovertruffen udsigt.

Cons:

Fik desværre små værelser med kælderlugt .
Har ellers boet her før i virkelig dejlige værelser men ikke denne gang . Ellers ret høj pris for 2 alm værelser.

Pros:

The views of Florence from this property whilst having breakfast and the staff. One young girl in particular.... amazing help to us.

The property was old but it so added to the experience. Just amazing.

Cons:

No lift from car park and to rooms. We had heavy suitcases.

Very expensive. We thought that our motorcycle grand prix was the reason for this but soon realised that it was miles away from the property and probably didn't.

Would highly recommend! Dutch stamp of approval.
Pros:

We had a great time at this hotel. The location is sublime, it is up in the hills which makes it a lot calmer than the city of Florence but you can easily go to Florence with the charter service of the hotel. We got married in Fiesole which is about a kilometer walk from the hotel where you can find great places to eat and experience the culture here. The staff of the hotel is caring, polite and so considerate. They'll be happy to help you with your adventure here in Italy. I Would highly recommend anyone to go here and have a great time.

Séjour très agréable. Hôtel benefiant d’un très joli point de vue sur Florence et d’un ravissant jardin.
Pros:

L’établissement est situé dans un endroit magnifique. La vue sur Florence est superbe. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées.
Le personnel attentionné. Ravissant jardin.

Cons:

L’accès difficile en raison d’une route passante et sinueuse. Les nombreux escaliers . La piscine petite et encombrée par la présence de la bâche au bout du bassin.

A beautiful location, stunning views and lovely rooms.
Pros:

Fantastic location, beautiful surroundings and very comfortable bed!!

Cons:

The noise outside the room was sometimes unbearable. The room we were in was on the ground floor in the villa area and the cleaning staff during the night and early in the morning made much noise that we were woken up several times. We asked for them to please stop and be aware of people trying to sleep but nothing changed.
The swimming pool is much smaller than what’s depicted on the photos and whilst we were there a quarter of the pool was closed over.

Pros:

Mooi hotel, mooie kamer en uiterst vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Het zwembad! Dit past niet bij een 4 sterren hotel. Het dek lag half in het water en dat was met rood/wit lint afgezet, klein met weinig ruimte eromheen.

Stilvolles Hotel an toller Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderschön, mit Blick über Florenz. Der Hotel Shuttle ist eine tolle Möglichkeit um in die Stadt zu kommen. Schade, dass die erste Fahrt erst um 09:30 Uhr ab Hotel ist. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und im schönen Ambiente.

Cons:

Kleines Bad, praktisch keine Abstellfläche.

Pros:

The location is beautiful, staff were helpful, warm and accommodating. The room very clean and beautiful bed linen. Towels fluffy and soft! Will return again.
