Perfect
Pros:

The location is beautiful, staff were helpful, warm and accommodating. The room very clean and beautiful bed linen. Towels fluffy and soft! Will return again.

Beautiful old villa in Tuscany
Pros:

The hotel is seated in a wonderful natural setting, facing a beautiful view of Tuscany. Staff was friendly and supportive, cleanness is spotless. Breakfast is really good. Shuttle service was very helpful to reach Florence city center, but you need to be quick to book your seat. Bus station is just in front of the hotel (Line 7), very frequent and on time.

Cons:

Facility is very old from the inside, it is old villa beautifully arranged and polished, but it echoes, especially when next door guest is opening or closing the door or using bathroom or shower... and the traffic is quite loud as villa faces the road (even during the night) but after 3rd night you get used to it.

Excellent service. Staff was very attentive to everything. Room was very clean and comfortable. Amazing view on Florence and just one mi ute drive from the town centre.

Bad service from front desk staff and management
Cons:

My wife’s perfume valued at 180 euros was stolen from her suitcase and the suitcase was ransacked. Happened in the afternoon when we were out. Reported it to front desk the next morning. Was told they would look into it. Next morning checked on status and was told that the manager was reviewing the security tape. Next morning at check out was told that we needed to call the police before they could look at the tape. Nobody told me that at any time prior to check out. Nothing we could do as we were leaving. Very disappointed in front desk staff

Not a pleasant stay for us. Not really dog friendly. City view from our room below. very overpriced.
Pros:

The property was clean and well located

Cons:

Overpriced and not at all dog friendly. Our Dog was not allowed in the courtesy car to Florence and we had to pay €49 one way for a cab. Breakfast was poor and if you wanted fresh orange Juice it was €8 a glass and fried eggs were an extra €10. We paid almost €700 for two nights and the extra charges for the dog were very stiff at €85. We paid for a city view room and had no view and were on a very noisy road. We’re travelling across Italy over several weeks and staying in hotels all the way, so far this was the one that stands out as not being at all what we expected.

beautiful hotel with a superb michelin star restaurant

The Villa Fiesole is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location with glorious views over the city of Florence.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous lunch in the Michelin star restaurant.

Pros:

Staff is amazing, the place is very beautiful and cozy. The environment with trees, lots of green spaces and amazing inviting scenario.
They have shuttle service to Florence, we didn't use it as we were driving, but that was very convenient.
Great thanks to Aurora, the entire staff is amazing, but she was over the top!
Great breakfast and happy hour food. I would definitely come back.

Cons:

We could have a better variety of breakfast, but this is a minor point in my opinion.
