Pros:

Wunderschöner Ort mit Blick von oben auf Florenz. Mit dem Bus ist das Zentrum von Florenz schnell erreicht. Außergewöhnlich gutes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück.

The perfect place to stay for a visit to Firenze.
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities indoors and out, and a glorious view of Firenze. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and made me feel very welcome. A lovely first floor room with a very comfortable bed, ample hanging space, a small but luxurious bathroom and every morning a wonderful breakfast buffet with great service.

Cons:

A minor drawback is that there is not a casual option for an evening meal, only the Michelin star restaurant. But with several options a 10 minute walk away in the main piazza of Fiesole I don’t find this a problem.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean with nod to history of villa but with modern facilities. Breakfast very good with lots of choice. Staff were polite, very knowledgeable and could not do enough for you.
Fantastic views of Florence. Pool and terrace for warmer weather. Bus just down road into Florence. All in all a wonderful few days and would certainly come back.

Cons:

The restaurant is Michelin starred which is amazing for the hotel but of course very expensive so went out each night for meals which was fine as plenty of places to choose from, all good and excellent value. Would have been nice to just get a normal sandwich!! But just nit picking now.

Cons:

Colazione da 5 stelle per una cucina di alto livello e per la capacità di soddisfare richieste particolari.

Cons:

Non c'è una vera hall dove soggiornare, richiesta di aperitivo non esaudita con cura e non in linea con lo standard dell'Hotel.

Verrassend verzorgd en schoon maar ga ergens anders je drankje kopen
Pros:

Locatie is geweldig, geen weg tussen je hotel en het meer, bovendien ben je even ver van Garda en/ of Riva verwijderd.Ben je met de fiets dan is het helemaal ideaal, het fietspad dat ze rond het meer aanleggen loopt gewoon langs het hotel en is vanuit de hoteltuin en garage direct toegankelijk.
Welness is goed verzorgd en de faciliteiten zijn gratis toegankelijk.

Cons:

Eigenlijk alleen de cocktailbar viel ons tegen. Daar kunnen ze wel wel een professional gebruiken. Iemand die echt weet hoe je een cocktail maakt. Iemand die houdt van zijn vak.
