Pros:

Der tolle Service - zweimal am Tag wurden die Betten gemacht und immer wieder frisches Mineralwasser kostenlos bereitgestellt. Das Frühstück mit den vielen Kaffeearten war sehr gut und das Sternerestaurant war fantastisch.

Cons:

Dass der Pool, der so herrlich auf der Homepage prangt nicht geöffnet war, und das obwahl die Temperaturen schon 26°C betrugen.

Incredible view, extremely kind staff, beautiful room!
Pros:

We loved the beautiful, comfortable room — from the amazing view to the ceiling frescoes, it was so lovely. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were wonderful!

Un havre de paix pour fuir la foule de Florence
Pros:

-L’emplacement à la campagne avec le bus devant l’hôtel qui vous amène à Florence en 10mn
-le petit déjeuner et merci à Cristoforo pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité

Cons:

Notre salle de bain minuscule et inconfortable
Pas de bidet ,pas de patères pour pendre les serviettes pas de place pour poser ses affaires
