Essere a Firenze ma evitando il caos...
Pros:

Colazione da 5 stelle per una cucina di alto livello e per la capacità di soddisfare richieste particolari.

Cons:

Non c'è una vera hall dove soggiornare, richiesta di aperitivo non esaudita con cura e non in linea con lo standard dell'Hotel.

Verrassend verzorgd en schoon maar ga ergens anders je drankje kopen
Pros:

Locatie is geweldig, geen weg tussen je hotel en het meer, bovendien ben je even ver van Garda en/ of Riva verwijderd.Ben je met de fiets dan is het helemaal ideaal, het fietspad dat ze rond het meer aanleggen loopt gewoon langs het hotel en is vanuit de hoteltuin en garage direct toegankelijk.
Welness is goed verzorgd en de faciliteiten zijn gratis toegankelijk.

Cons:

Eigenlijk alleen de cocktailbar viel ons tegen. Daar kunnen ze wel wel een professional gebruiken. Iemand die echt weet hoe je een cocktail maakt. Iemand die houdt van zijn vak.

Lage gut. Zimmer zu klein. Bedienung knapp genügend. Präsenzzeiten viel zu kurz. Preise viel zu hoch

Die Lage ist gut. Das Zimmer war sehr klein.

Cons:

Das Restaurant ist extrem überteuert. Die Bedienung war sosolala. Als wir nach 23 Uhr noch etwas bestellen wollten, war der Betrieb bereits geschlossen.

Wonderful.
Pros:

Most wonderful location. From our breakfast terrace you could see Florence with the Duomo. The breakfast was memorable both for the food and the view. We walked up to the town of Fiesole and found a memorable restaurant with a roof terrace. The location of the hotel made the whole difference. I will treasure the memory.

Cons:

We stayed in the 18 cent part of the hotel and the rooms could have been bigger.

Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel é super. Un po' fuori Firenze e si vede Firenze dall'alto. Ci sono degli autobus che viaggiano regolarmente, molto comodi, con fermata direttamente davanti all'hotel col cui si raggiunge Firenze in centro senza problemi e si puó lasciare la macchina in struttura. Tutto lo staff cordialissimo e molto premurato. Le stanze molto comfortevoli.

Cons:

Ci é dispiaciuto dover aspettare un'ora per la colazione, perché non c'era posto. La colazione viene tenuta nella sala del ristorante stellato, che ovviamente non ha capacitá per tante persone e purtroppo succede che in tempi di picco ci sia "la coda". Essendo in vacanza si pianifica la giornata. Forse da trovare una soluzione.

Location is wonderful but Hotel is not!
Pros:

Great location looking over Florence. Bathroom in the junior suite was great and the water pressure in the shower was amazing.

Cons:

We booked over new years and paid a premium price, however when arriving they had not set up our room as requested so it took additional time for staff to come in and setup the sofa bed. Other furniture was removed from the room so it felt very bare. There were no plugs next to the bed and no extension cords available even at reception. The breakfast only caters for 9 tables/rooms at a time and so every single morning we had to wait for a table and had other guests fight over availability! Not what we expected from the price we paid! We do not recommend.

Soggiorno fantastico! Torneremo sicuramente.
Pros:

Durante il soggiorno di quattro giorno abbiamo potuto notare che tutto il personale della struttura è gentilissimo e fa il possibile per soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Un speciale complimento per la gentilezza e la professionalità alla signorina responsabile di sala della prima colazione.

Pros:

Personal muy amable, especialmente el chico en la sala del desayuno, que se esfuerza al máximo por hacerte sentir bienvenido y bien atendido en todo momento. Gran detalle el de poner albornoces en la habitación, eran muy cómodos y suaves. Parking ok. Desayuno abundante y correcto.
