Pros:

L’emplacement sur les hauteurs de Florence, la vue est magnifique.
Le restaurant étoilé un gros plus.
Un parking gratuit disponible.

I’ve returned numerous times one available they give me free upgrades and treat me like a celebrity
Pros:

An amazing property in the most beautiful location overlooking Florence
The staff and the services are exceptional
One of our very favorite properties in Italy

Cons:

The shuttle service is quite busy, so it’s sometimes difficult to schedule a ride to or from the property
Luckily, there is a bus every few minutes that connects with the tram to train station

Pros:

El alojamiento era cómodo, lindo, una terraza con una vista maravillosa; el personal muy muy amable y disponible para ayudar .
A 20 min de Florencia, a 25 min del aeropuerto.
Me encantó

Cons:

Lo único es que el primer día estuvimos en una pieza en y edificio en que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y con más de 35 grados de calor , es algo muy importante. Era un requisito en mi filtro.
Pero nos tenían 3 ventiladores en la pieza y con eso estuvimos bien.

Pros:

It had a free coach which needed to be booked to access Florence. Good service, a small but acceptable swimming pool. Fairly close to the village and historic sites and excellent local dining. Close to a bus stop which gave good access to Florence.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of.

Lovely hotel in beautiful location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location overlooking Florence. Public bus service at the doorstep to take you to the Fiesole village in under 5 minutes. Bus was available every 15 minutes at peak times. Free shuttle service to and from Florence, worked well first day. On the second day was disorganised with a new driver who neglected to check names against the prebooking information. Pleasant garden and lovely terrace for breakfast. Food very nice.

Cons:

Although air-conditioned our room was very hot and the bathroom exceptionally hot which didn't have conditioned air. Shuttle service was disappointing on day 2 but the hotel reimbursed the cost of a taxi which they suggested we took.

Nice views and lovely staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a view of Florence and the surrounding landscape. We were given a spacious family room with a nice bathroom and enough space to put a baby bed. No worries with the heatwave thanks to the strong airconditioning in the room. We highly recommend the Michelin star restaurant in the hotel. Special compliments to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

The centre of Fiesole is uphill and not the easiest or safest walk, especially in the dark. The bus stop in front is a good alternative but it is difficult to do many activities on foot.

Het uitzicht vanaf het terras was prachtig

Cons:

Het zwembad bleek heel klein met weinig ligstoelen, die waren allemaal bezet toen tien wij in de hitte wilde ontspannen aan het zwembad,
Op de foto leek het veel groter.

Un des meilleures expériences pour nous.
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéale il existe même des navettes gratuites depuis l’hôtel jusqu’au centre de Florence. Nous avons été accueille avec un personnel au petit soin et qui parlait même français ça nous a bien aidé. La piscine est un coin tranquille. Le petit déjeuné est super bon. Et le restaurant étoilé Michelin un délice. Très bonne expérience pour nous on aurait pas pu mieux choisir pour notre séjour à Florence.

Magnifique et reposant
Pros:

L’emplacement, la vue exceptionnelle, la gentillesse des gens, la piscine et le service incroyable! Un bol de fruits dans la chambre, belle attention.

Cons:

Les oreillers très minces et l’arrivée avec les valises(nous devons monter les escaliers extérieures qui sont apiques et nombreuses).

AC soured the experience
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed, soft pillows, and a 4k TV. The staff was helpful when we needed them.

Cons:

The pool is pretty small and service to the pool was very slow. The AC was terrible and really ruined the experience. I know it’s hot but we stayed at a hotel down 9 mins away before checking into FH55 and it was slightly cheaper and the AC was amazing.
