Top verblijf
Pros:

Het personeel is heel gastvrij en vriendelijk! Ontbijt is ook super en heel gevarieerd. Wat ook wel heel fijn is dat er een zwembad is om af te koelen tijdens hele warme dagen, het is geen groot zwembad maar voldoende om af te koelen!

Cons:

De luidruchtige andere gasten (laat terugkomen en dan niet om de andere gasten denken) en dat het er vrij gehorig is in de kamers.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour au sein de l’hôtel ! Idéalement placé, il offre une vue imprenable sur la ville tout en étant au calme.

L’accès à Florence est d’une extrême facilitée grâce au service de navette proposé par l’hôtel lui même, ainsi que le bus qui passe régulièrement juste devant l’hôtel.

Merci à tout le personnel qui a été très attentionné tout au long du séjour, et surtout toujours très souriants !

Meraviglioso!
Pros:

È stato fantastico! Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile, la colazione è stratosferica e mi hanno sorpreso con una tortina con una candelina dato che era il mio compleanno e mi ha veramente scaldato il cuore. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio navette per andare a Firenze ed è andato tutto secondo i piani e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’aria condizionata in camera è stata una salvezza, dato che abbiamo alloggiato durante uno dei weekend più caldi d’estate. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito del magnifico ristorante che hanno ed è stato veramente un peccato, speriamo di ritornare!

Just Perfect!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The grounds are lovely, the breakfast was delicious, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived.

What stood out most was the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always happy to help, often anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. This level of personal and genuine hospitality made our stay truly special.

A special thanks to Carlo from the Concierge team, whose thoughtful assistance and warm manner made an especially lovely impression on us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be delighted to return.

L'arredamento esterno, la vista, il personale e il ristorante sono stati favolosi così come la colazione e i servizi a disposizione

Cons:

Mi sarei aspettato di trovare lo stesso stile moderno e curato degli esterni anche nella camera che nonostante fosse pulita mi è risultata sconnessa dal resto della struttura e un poʻ piccola. La piscina in foto sembra molto più grande.
