Great location, easy ski in/out. The ski valet is a nice touch. Christie Sports in the building so it makes renting very easy. Nice hot tubs that you can reserve for your party. But the staff is what makes this place!
This is the third year in a row my husband and I stayed at the Inn at Lost Creek. The service and personal attention can’t be beat. Jake ensured our stay was everything we expected. Eric goes above and beyond to make us feel at home. Edgar helps us get in and out with all our gear. The front desk staff, Karen and Julia, are so friendly. At breakfast, Jen is ready with conversation as well as ski and local spot tips and Emma is always energetic and welcoming. Luke and Carmine in the ski valet are ready and waiting to help with our skis and have good information to help us on the slopes. Beyond the exceptional people we’ve gotten to know, the people we haven't met keep our room clean and welcoming, prepare a stellar breakfast every morning and keep the hot tub hot for us after a long day of skiing. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Telluride. Thank you!
We continue to return to the Inn at Lost Creek. The surroundings are magnificent and the staff always makes you feel comfortable.
The best ski vacation our family has ever had. The staff were phenomenal. Everyone from housekeeping to front desk to the bellman there were superb. Big shout out to the management of this property they are doing an amazing job. Can’t wait to go back
Great service from all the team and our room was comfortable with a small kitchen and laundry which was useful. Only issue was our room was very noisey at night - likely caused by internal air con unit in the wall. Would definitely stay at the Inn again - just not that room.
I loved the room!! The bed was comfy and the shower and bath were amazing. Super clean, super modern, super mountain like.
The breakfast was meh, I am not a huge hotel breakfast person so I wouldve loved to have high quailty eggs and such. I also was super confused with the car service, the front entrance was under construction so maybe some info for guess before arrival would be nice so we didnt have to park down the hill and walk up to be told we couldve parked in the actual roundaboute!
Staff extremely courteous. Accommodations excellent
Amenities were nice, especially access to the Peaks spa and work out area.
Exceptional service and accommodations!! The location is unbeatable too. We will definitely be back again and again❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The staff was incredible! From the initial interaction to the last day when we had to check in, they were awesome! I came 2 hours before the check in window and they still checked me in, in an upgrade room! Everyone that worked from Dec 14 - Dec 18 2025 was very professional and friendly. They offered us guidance through Mountain Village and Telluride, as well as help with gondola. The hotel itself is in the hearth of Mountain Village. It's 1min of walking away from all of the gondolas and from the main plaza.
The lack of parking was noticeable, we were pushed into using their valet system, where I had to ask for my own car keys to grab something from inside of it. However, the car was stored underneath the complex, so it was sheltered for any weather related phenomena. The room had issues with the fireplace multiple times, and to use the central air system was a no go, due to the very loud noise that it was making, so loud that I could not sleep comfortably with it on.
Great location (ski in/out), great views, love the facilities and the staff is amazing. Our room was well appointed with multiple tvs, a fireplace, kitchen and balcony overlooking the village. The breakfast was delicious; fresh fruit, steel cut Oatmeal and eggs, etc. we had access to its sister property’s gym; huge! Great stay overall.
Great location, breakfast & Everyone was so friendly!
It's a bit pricey, but I loved every moment!
Room accommodations. Location to gondolas. Food on property was good.
Location, design, staff, and an amazing Thai restaurant.
The room was small and crowded. Things like a coffee table so large that it blocked the deck door.
Staff was incredible, cozy, clean, and comfy. Easy access to free gondolas to Telluride.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, with great suggestions
The views are impressive. Very clean rooms. All of the staff at Inn at Lost Creek were exceptional. The free breakfast was exceptional! The close by gondola quickly takes you right into the heart of Telluride with beautiful views.
Outstanding location with a boutique hotel feel. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant - and always available when needed. The hotel restaurant was very convenient and food was very good. The valet parking was prompt.
Hotel was beautiful. The staff was so kind and very accommodating. Great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Access to the gondola into Telluride was the best.
