No funcionaba bajé a recepción me comentaron que enviarían a alguien a la habitación Nunca llegó nadie volví a bajar a la recepción y me dieron otro control que finalmente funcionó
Me dieron una habitación muy cerca de los contenedores de basura y el autobús recolector llega muy temprano y hace mucho ruido ( me despierto) Me dio la impresión que por ser Mexicanos nos dieron ese trato.

We will never stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

The room was dirty. Literally had feces on the back of the bathroom door. Overall, the condition was shabby. The parking lot was being paved and had no handicapped parking spaces or access. Ridiculous. People were running up and down the halls at 230 in the morning, making all kinds of noise.

Very cozy and roomy, just no complimentary breakfast.
Pros:

Room was big, very quiet which we loved, since we were there to just sleep for the night. Young lady at the front desk was very friendly.

Cons:

Their complimentary toiletries were tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Which is not enough when you have a lot of hair. Did not like the at they don’t offer complimentary breakfast. This is usually a deal breaker for us.

I have stayed at this location for several years and this was the first time I was truly disappointed.

Enjoyed the stay, will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The staff is very nice, from front desk to housekeeping. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. Our room is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the pools are well kept. We decided to extend our stay and it was a very easy process. Close to Fort Bliss so visiting our soldier was easy to get to.

Cons:

Really nothing was bad, but I do wish the WiFi was a little better in our room since I had to work. Multiple times I lost connection during team meetings and phone calls but it’s a big hotel so I didn’t expect it to be amazing WiFi. I was not able to use a common area that might have had better signal as it would be a HIPAA violation for my job. I wouldn’t classify this as bad, just stating it for someone else who might have to work while they stay.

I won’t be back.

The room was clean & comfortable

Cons:

They are replacing the entire front parking lot. Not only can you not unload luggage in front (I’m recovering from knee injury) but you have to park way toward the back and drag bags all the way to front. It was almost dark & the front desk said to walk back & put parking slip in windshield. I said, “I’m not doing that.” I asked for closest room to the front & he couldn’t get housekeeping to answer to verify room was clean. I got a cheeseburger in the restaurant (waiter was great!) burger was terrible. Afterward the front desk said 40 more minutes to have room cleaned (this was at 8pm!). Nice guy at desk but experience terrible.
