Overall, it was OK. I would probably stay here again if looking for a budget hotel, but if it was based off comfort then

Wait until renovations are done to stay here.
Pros:

Good location and the front desk staff was very nice.

Cons:

The hotel is under renovation. Boxes stacked in the lobby. No ceiling in the hallway. The lobby and first floor is dark and dingy. Breakfast ended before the scheduled time. Our room had a clogged sink. Not a great stay.

It's renovating so a little dirty the pool didn't feel clean and the room was not warm Tv didn't work in one of the rooms

Great location and clean but beds aren't very comfortable.
Pros:

It was in a great location and clean. Breakfast had good options, tasted good, and was hot and ready when they said it would be. Staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet. TV had decent channel selection.

Cons:

The bed was super firm and the pillows are small. The couch in the room was also very firm/not very comfortable to sit on and the coffee table was very wobbly.

Stay Away!
Pros:

Apparently this hotel is in the process of being renovated, the way it was presented on their website, the renovations were already done. Exposed wiring everywhere, elevator a wooden box, whole hotel should have been closed while renovating. I will never stay here again.
