I’ve been staying there for the past couple days and Keshauna and Zyair have been really great at the bistro! Definitely will be back for the great atmosphere

Bistro was good and very convenient - Klever was very friendly and did an excellent job !

Zyair is so friendly and welcoming! I’m at the pool very often and everytime we interact it’s a pleasure. He makes sure the pool area is clean and swept, and that guests have towels and are comfortable. He’s such a great addition to the staff and hope they keep him for his hospitality alone!

Had a great stay, a big highlight was the bartender Klever. He was fantastic and took great care of us!

Zyair was a wonderful server at the hotel bistro.

Rooms were very clean, friendly staff especially Zyair at the Bistro!!

Zyair was amazing Made my stay feel like home. He is such a sweet heart.

The best part of my visit had to be meeting Zyair and Keshona! Zyair is a sweetheart, you can tell he serves with heart - my drink tasted like love which was exactly what I needed. Kehsona always greeted me with a smile and is very kind. Great employees are hard to come by these days so these 2 definitely keep my hope alive.

Worst hotel stay ever! Didn’t get until almost 1 AM. Loud wedding party in the lobby. Asked for a room far away from the noise and ended up getting put right next to a room of partiers that went on well into the night. Horribly managed property. In the end, I was just looking forward to a good shower in the morning and guess what? No hot water!!! For over $200 a night, you’d think you could get a hot shower. I mentioned to the front desk at checkout and asked them to make it right. Was told the manager would review at 11 am when they got in. Instead I just got sent the full bill with no explanation. When I called to inquire, was told my claim was denied and I would have to call back tomorrow. Horrible way to do business, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Everytime I come to stay at this hotel the experience has been awesome. Everyone is so nice and helpful. When I visit the restaurant Keshona and Zyair lift up my spirits. I have no complaints.

Absolutely fabulous. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. Zyair and Keshona were wonderful and made our stay and meals great. They went above to make sure we had what we needed.

Upon walking in I was greeted with great service by the general Manager and the front desk staff. They worked with me to resolve a quick issue as I was in my room within seven minutes.

I came back down and was greeted again by the front staff by my last name which felt like was known traveler.

The GM helped me grab a quick cocktail to return for my room even though the bar was closed. The bar tender and assistant behind the bistro were excellent.

Thank you to the entire team for an easy stay after a long day of traveling.

I booked on another website - the lady at first did not find my reservation and was in a hurry after training someone. I finally found my reservation and I gave her my phone to show the reservation and she somehow inadvertently deleted it from my phone at which time she upsold me on another room. (I have the propensity to fall asleep behind the wheel hence my frustration and just needing a few hours sleep then get home). I ended up paying $40-50 more for the room but felt it was worth getting sleep. I received a call at 11:50 pm with a family emergency - rushed out by 12:15 am. The man at the front desk was nice and stated that he was going to try to get me a partial refund - $40 would have been fine to me). Nope ! The lady that helped me as well as the general manager wouldn’t budge an inch. Next time I’m afraid I’ll have to take the risk and get plenty of coffee while driving home exhausted at night !

We checked in to attend a wedding nearby. Kam welcomed us with such a professional, friendly, warm attitude! The lobby is beautiful! Very nice Courtyard!

The kitchen staff is amazing 5 stars Zyair and Pablo are very nice and helpful great staff!

The staff and accommodations were wonderful. Food was great too and perfect stop for our trip further to NY.

The overall experience was good. Nice clean rooms with enough room space to walk around. Good facilities like the pool and having option for washer/dryer helped cleanup some used cloths.
