I had the most amazing tomato soup in the lounge and klever is amazing and so attentive to your needs.

This was the most comfortable stay. The staff was gracious and treated us like the only customers. Cam was delightful. Barb is so accommodating and did everything we could have asked. Mike is so friendly and Frank is very handy and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We had to have portable oxygen delivered to the hotel and they stayed on top of everything to ensure we received it. It feels like family when you stay here. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a staff that will go out of their way to make your stay as best as it can be.

Great stay! Rooms were updated and clean. The service was excellent. Easy to access from the highway. The woman running the cafe was a breath of fresh air with a positive attitude, sense of urgency and a wonderful smile to start the day. I highly recommend this Courtyard if you are in the area. It was a great stay.

Stayed here for an overnight stop while traveling along the New Jersey Turnpike and overall had a good experience.

Positives

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is very convenient, just minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike, which makes it a practical stop for travelers. There are also several food options nearby, so it’s easy to find dinner without driving far.

While there was no Keurig coffee maker, the other in-room amenities (it had a microwave and refrigerator) were adequate for a short stay.

Negatives

The area seems to attract a fair amount of truck traffic, and road noise can be noticeable because traffic flows at all hours. Guests who are sensitive to noise may want to request a room away from the front of the building.

Another small issue was the lighting in the room. The lamps appeared to use bright white bulbs, which felt somewhat harsh in the evening. Warmer lighting would make it easier to relax and unwind after a long day of travel.

Bottom Line

A good overnight stop for travelers using the New Jersey Turnpike. Convenient location, helpful staff, and practical room amenities make it a solid choice for road-trip stays.

The experience was really bad.
The booking was made via a business account, yet I was billed twice on my personal credit card. Despite reaching out to Barbara and customer support several times, the billing error remains unresolved, and I have not received any updates.
I need immediate support as an international customer.

My stay is absolutely spectacular! The customer support and services is outstanding. All of the front desk representatives are cordial, very nice, welcoming and helpful. The genuine smiles, support and friendly dispositions are five star without question.

The front desk staff operate like managers, Jada, Shahannah, and Quentin are very professional, the best. They go out of their way to ensure guest are well taking care of. They embrace you, make you feel at home. Good energy is important to me and they have it!

I had an opportunity to meet and speak with the manager, Kam and general manger, Barbara regarding my stay at the hotel. When I tell you they are two of the best in the hotel industry, I mean it. They ask me if I needed anything, offered water, snacks and made sure everything was as expected with my room and stay. Talk about welcoming, feeling good during my stay. I am in paradise.

The rooms and hotel is newly renovated, looks fantastic. Nice upgrades for families, business professionals and guest. What is exceptionally enjoyable, the rooms and hotel is very clean. There is a hidden microwave and refrigerator in my room. Love the new shower renovation, wow.

Housekeeping does an outstanding job in the rooms. They don't take shortcuts, they clean the rooms from corner to corner. It feels like I am on a vacation. The room looks nice and smells fresh when I walk in. This is a must stay, I will be back, 5 stars from me.

Most importantly, this Marriott Courtyard Hotel provides anti-bullying support, character development and leadership mentoring support for children in public schools, grades K - 12. It is helping children live their best life in schools and the community.

Remolding currently taking place but the place looks amazing.

There was no issues checking in and the Front Desk (Hendia) -I hope I spelled it correctly) has always been helpful, polite and professional.

Nice time as always everyone was wonderful especially Kam & Barbara made sure we were fed during the storm lol

Outstanding service every times. I’ve been here 4 times since November and won’t stay anywhere else. All of the staff are wonderful and the food is great. They also opened up the kitchen today during the snow storm which is amazing because I chose to ride out the storm and didn’t get enough food for dinner today. Dinner was about to be an amazing protein shake. Now it’s a burger and fries lo! 😂😅

This hotel room was very poorly maintained. I am a frequent traveler and a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member so I normally have a very good experience at any hotel type within the the chain. This hotel room had multiple problems. The TV in the bedroom (2 room suite) did not work, everything was plugged in, but would simply not turn on. The heat in the bedroom did not work, and it was in the teens on the night we stayed. Small things like some of the plugs did not have electricity, there was a gaping hole in the cabinetry (a simple piece of wood or door could have covered it. Even the coffee was an issue, they only had one packet in the room, and two of us were staying there. Considering the Marriott brand, this was well below their standards. When I called for assistance (on my cell phone, the two in room phones were not working), the very nice evening attendant simply said that nothing could be done until the morning when the engineer came in. Overall, this was a significant disappointment and I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Our family ate at the restaurant here on a long road trip and we were welcomed with quick and friendly service by Klever! Food was delicious and we were so grateful to have found this place.

We were going to a party nearby and decided to stay here. I used to live nearby and placed this hotel a million times.
We checked in with Dionne. WHAT a pleasure. She knew her hotel and welcomed us.
Later we needed to take a uber and we had a really fun conversation.
When we returned she was still at front desk and invited us to have some leftover sandwiches from a team staying in hotel. (How did she know we were hungry.
In the morning we had breakfast and our server ( please forgive I don’t have her name: lovely woman with short braided hair). She gave us GREAT service!

Give both a raise!!

Great hotel, so centrally located... Been staying here for the last 5 years when in am in from Tennessee visiting family... Hotel was extremely clean and managed as the staff is on top of everything. A must stay if you in the area... The food and coffee at the bistro is served by Keshana who is by far the friendliest person I have met. She is a true delight to converse with...

I highly recommend the stay at the Marriott Courtyard in Cranbury...

Good menu choices. Well prepared. Delicious. Location off the hotel lobby was convenient.

The Courtyard Marriott staff is 1st class specifically, Kleaver and Barbara. Had a work event, Kleaver went above and beyond with tremendous service & food!
