Hyatt House LAX Manhattan Beach

We use this hotel for work often. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good value for the room rate. Check in experience with UilaAdi and Kale was great. They were accommodating of my check in needs and were so warm and welcoming.

Hyatt House LAX/Manhattan Beach is a residential style all-suite hotel located near the Los Angeles International Airport. The area is quiet and safe. There are quite a good number of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Absolutely love the nearby Erewhon!

Suites are as spacious as an apartment. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and well-ventilated. The living room is very comfortable as well. Staff is friendly, efficient and welcoming. Breakfast buffet is reasonable. The hotel is well-equipped with a gym, swimming pool, and even BBQ stove – perfect for families. The only down side is that there are no elevators, so it can be a challenge for guests who live on the upper floors to carry their luggage around.

The hotel offered everything I needed: free breakfast each morning, a well‑equipped gym, a clean laundromat, and a nice pool area. Security at night gave me peace of mind, and the cleaners kept the place spotless. Anne at reception stood out with her friendly attitude and efficient service. She made the stay even better. Thank you very much!

What a pleasant hideaway. The courtyard and pool are quiet and comfortable.
Our one bedroom suite was just right for a couple traveling with 2 teenagers.
The breakfast is excellent.
Fresh fruit and yogurt, eggs with crispy home fries and good coffee.

Amazing experience with the front desk Uilaadi and Kale! They were able to check me in effectively and efficiently amazing customer service very helpful.

This was a great stay. Checking in through the app made it easy and convenient to just arrive, go to the room and get situated. The room I stayed in was larger than I thought, with a full kitchen and separate bedroom quarters. Room and grounds were clean. The free breakfast was excellent and offered good variety of choices. Staff was very welcoming. Location is convenient to a lot of choices all within 30min walking distance. Bonus was that it was located right next to the K line so getting to/fro LAX cost $1.75 each way. Will def stay here again.

The girl Dobbie at the front desk was really nice and Cute. Her customer service was amazing and her smile was unforgettable. Hopefully every Hyatt has employees like her. Thanks Dobbie hope i run into you again .

Had an awesome experience. Kathy specifically made our stay! On a super busy night she still made time to save save our mashed potato with some butter. Awesome location, right next to the metro. Second time staying at the property and will be back again.

Don’t stay here unless you want to sleep with roaches, or if you want staff (minus kale) to be hella rude. Even when they gave me another room it was just as dirty as the first one.

I have the best stay and the best check in with uila,adi, kale,jose,mayra was so wonderful and easy. Bring me my towels when I needed it. They had so much patience with the lobby being so full. I'm so happy I choose this place.

To the girl at the front desk I think her name was Debbie she was so sweet we were on the 3rd floor and we needed assistance with our luggage she said someone will meet us by our room and it was her I told her the same lady that checked us in came and helped us with our luggage. I told her it was ok that my husband would be able to do it and she kindly refused and started taking all the luggage upstairs with no complaints we tried to tip her it wasn’t a lot but it was a kind gesture for helping us .but she refused and said that it was her job she was happy to help us and if we needed anything else we can call the front desk . This is what customer service is even though we were on the 3rd floor and this property didn’t have elevators Debbie went above and beyond to make our stay that much better

Short distance from LAX with a much lower parking rate than other nearby Hyatt properties. Quiet location, lots of space in the room and the hotel atmosphere was very nice. The staff was helpful and kind even with an after midnight check in. Very convenient location to get to shopping and beach with car. Will definitely stay again!

Uilla-Adi and Kale gave exceptional customer service and went the extra mile.
In addition, to the hotel insights they also provided information on the surrounding areas with suggestions on eateries and sights.

Every front desk worker and maintenance person was super friendly and helpful and me and my team were super greatful.
