This experience has been nothing but the best with the amazing hotel staff. First off Kale, at the lobby desk has been so kind, funny, amazing, and really made me feel welcomed. She has done so many things for me and the people I’m staying with. Adi has also been amazing, she is so sweet and fun to be around. Uila has also been amazing! Everyone here has made this California experience the best time. They have shown so much kindness towards us even if we were being annoying. Adi, Uila and Kale are amazing hotel lobby personnel also CARLOS has been nothing but the best with getting our team everything we need! Thanks for this awesome experience!!

I came here for a 2 week beach volleyball trip and had the best time ever. We had an amazing experience with the staff who are just the kindest. I can't count how many times we lost our key or forgot it and Kale and Uila and Adi where there at the front desk getting us new ones and providing all the things we needed when we asked. Truly could not have asked for a better place to spend over 2 weeks at! Carlos was also amazing at keeping everything clean and bringing us things like a pan, extra dishes, and more.

Great, convenient to have everything we need in one spot w/ breakfast

Requested early check in. Request notification and front desk stated they would call and never did. Received an email 10 min after I called the front desk to inquire about an early check in which they stated they would call and did not see the email until a couple hours later. When I arrived and asked why I was not given a call for an early check in an stated I had an email that was sent a few hours earlier I was told that that email was irrelevant unless it had a specific room (which it did). Once I told them it had a specific room that was ready several hours earlier I was given no explanation, apology or action to make up for the obvious mistake. Both TV initially did not work in my room. Eventually, about an hour into my stay the signal some how was "found" and one of the TVs then worked but in the mean time I missed the 2nd half of a World Cup game I wanted to see.

Team and Dovie were great! So nice and accommodating

The check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk staff did not inform us about the parking fee, and the room number provided was incorrect, causing us to disturb another guest and return to the front desk. However, the room itself was spacious and had no noticeable odor, which we appreciated.

I usually stay at Marriott hotels because of loyalty status but I had a short trip to LA and had some Hyatt points I wanted to get rid of. I’d never stayed here so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this hotel surpassed ALL of my expectations.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was free, hot and had plenty of options for my family (including kids). I didn’t use the amenities but there’s a nice pool, a laundry facility, a grill, etc…basically all you’d need for an extended stay. The location was perfect for a short stay (centrally located) with ample parking.

Most importantly the staff was incredible. If I needed anything they were quick and eager to help. Thank you Kale and Evelyn for the wonderful guest service at the front desk.

Next time I’m in LA I will stay here again, and that’s coming from someone who has Marriott Platinum. If you’re unsure whether to stay here, I would highly recommend it. It’s not a fancy hotel but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Our family had an excellent experience staying here. Everything exceeded our expectations: the room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, the staff was always kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. We also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to visit the beaches, SoFi Stadium, and other attractions. Thank you for making our family vacation so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!
