Uila, Miros and Adi. These three were outstanding with assisting my family. As a flight attendant I’m so aware of my environment and I just love how pleasant/aware your front desk staff were. You cannot train what they do, that’s self taught. You all did well with picking them for managing the environment. Keep up the great work!!

The price for the room was excellent. The room it self was clean. Parking was only $20 which is pretty good for this area. But there was not an oven in the room, which caused some issues as far as cooking. Only one of the burners on the stove top was working, this caused more issues. The second floor does not have an elevator, this seems weird for an extended stay hotel when you’re carrying bags and groceries upstairs. Also I called to have the room cleaned at 9:30 in the morning. They said housekeeping stopped at 9 o’clock. That seemed a little bizarre but they did ask when I checked in to let them know if I would like any housekeeping so I would just do that then. We did see some rats that ran under the grill when we were cooking, but that’s LA. Other than that breakfast was good.

It was a super cute hotel, I had a really great view but unfortunately did not get any picture due to our busy schedule. The rooms we were in were really clean and the house cleaning staff was always sweet and respectful to us. If we requested something they would get it to us right away, they were of great service.

The rooms were clean and the staff was so kind. Maria was wonderful and always made sure our beds were neatly made and the room spotless. Not to mention the manager Mayra was such a sweetheart and flexible with us being able to extend our stay there a few more days. I can’t wait to go back!

Hello, me and my family came to LA on a trip and decided to stay at the Hyatt hotel. The place was amazing and the hospitality by Adi was great. Would defiantly recommend coming again, and thank you Adi for making our stay amazing.

Very quiet and clean property. All staff were friendly and helpful. We felt safe at this location and found shopping and freeways close by.

I’ve now stayed four times at Hyatt Hotels Corporation properties, and this location continues to exceed my expectations every single time. Consistency is everything when you travel, and this hotel truly delivers.

From check-in to check-out, the experience is smooth, welcoming, and professional. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere feels both relaxing and upscale, making it perfect whether you’re traveling for business or leisure.

A special thank you to Miros and Anne — they were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful during my stays. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. It’s team members like them who turn a good stay into a great one.

I will definitely continue choosing this hotel in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding service and a comfortable stay.

Hyatt House Manhattan beach is just a 20-minute drive from the airport, LAX and close to both shopping and restaurants. Sadly they don't provide a shuttle and charge $20 a night for parking. The hotel has a nice lobby area with a small pantry as well as a bar. On the lobby level you will also find a nice gym and guest laundry. On the courtyard is an outdoor pool and seating areas. The rooms are big and well planned with long stay in mind. There is a good equipped kitchen and the two bedroom suites has plenty of space. There is both grocery stores and shopping a few minutes walk from the hotel as well as restaurants.
A good place for exploring the LA area.

Hotel was clean inside and out. Hot breakfast available with a great atmosphere. Front desk staff were very professional. Checked me in with zero issues and even ran up some extra towels late at night. Ive stayed here dozens of timee and is always my go to hotel

Great hotel that’s tucked away from busy roads but a hop and skip away from any major. The Hotel is going through a big renovation and didn’t feel like anything was out of place and the staff are so welcoming and helpful. The General manager was so accommodating and personable, she made me feel like family. I’ll rebook every time I’m in town.

This is an older hotel that is showing its age. The room was clean and quiet. The major issue was the lack of an elevator. There’s no mention of that in the hotel description online. The room numbering is a little confusing. We were in room 133 which is on the 3rd floor, so no elevator with our large suitcases was tough. Price included breakfast which was ok, nothing special. We ended up going across the street to Starbucks for better coffee.

NO ELEVATOR!!!!! If their website had mentioned there wasn't an elevator we would never have come here. Lugging big bags up down the sidewalk and up the stairs was a challenge as we are in our seventies. The desk said someone would come and help but they only showed up after we gave up and carried them up. Room was worn out and many things were broken. Ice maker, dishwasher door, very noisy refrigerator. Furniture chipped and saggy. Good breakfasts but otherwise not up to what I expect from Hyatt. I think this was an old Sonesta. Concrete chipped, worn, needs a lot more care!

Horrible pull-out sleeper sofa with a blood-colored stain. Charging $20 for parking. Blank unlabeled bottles of water being handed out. Dated and tired rooms.
