Pros:

El cuarto amplio y cómodo al igual que el baño ..tenía nevera y espacio de guardado.Todos los días dejaban botellas con agua

Cons:

El baño ,que es muy cómodo y confortable ,le faltaba extractor…también sería bueno agregar una pava electrica.

Pros:

Quarto familiar com duas camas de casal, com bastante espaço para mala e roupas. Três janelas, uma delas com vista para o Empire State Building.
Boa localização, permite ir a pé para vários pontos da cidade.

Cons:

Dificuldade/impossibilidade de abrir janelas, e o black out podia ser mais eficiente.

Posizione fantastica, vicino a Grand Central station, personale disponibile e gentile

Cons:

L’assenza di riscaldamento….erano presenti in camera dei termosifoni con le rotelle da attaccare alla corrente elettrica; struttura un po’ vecchia

Expérience décevante malgré un bon emplacement
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est sans doute son principal atout : il est idéal pour profiter de New York et se déplacer facilement.

Cons:

En revanche, notre expérience a été globalement très décevante. Nous avons séjourné une semaine complète et avons constaté un manque évident d’entretien des chambres. La propreté n’était clairement pas au rendez-vous : capsules de café déjà utilisées dans la cafetière, produits laissés dans le réfrigérateur par les précédents clients, et cela est resté ainsi pendant toute la durée de notre séjour.

Par ailleurs, nous avons vécu un épisode particulièrement désagréable avec la réception, avec une attitude que nous avons jugée peu professionnelle. Cet incident a été signalé à la direction à deux reprises par e-mail après notre départ, mais nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse. Cela laisse une impression que la satisfaction client n’est pas une priorité.

Dans l’ensemble, malgré un bon emplacement, notre séjour a été une mauvaise expérience et ne correspond pas à nos attentes.

NY weekend perfect plan
Pros:

Emplacement, facile d’accès, USB, type C chargeurs dans une chambre (si vous voyagez depuis l’Europe attention aux prises, il ne sont pas les même aux US)
endroit historique, bar très sympa, des cafés à côté sont bons!

Cons:

Ma chambre était un peu sombre.
