Great location. Great staff. Nice room.

This was a great hotel choice, very close to Grand Central and just a ten minute walk to Times Square. We liked the room and loved the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Great location — you can easily walk to all the main attractions in New York. We had a beautiful view of the Empire State Building from our window. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
The location. So close to Times Square, Grand Central Station, Empire State, Summit One just to name a few….
Also you receive a free shot voucher at the bar. Staff were exceptional. Special shot out to Judy who made our requests and stay more enjoyable.

Location was great, staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make the trip more enjoyable. I had a great view from my room.

Great location conveniently located near Grand Central. The size of the rooms were also decent for New York too!
The cleanliness was not up to standard in my opinion. The room was dusty and needed a really good clean. The bathrooms also could do with an update. For what you pay, and it being a 4 star hotel, I would expect more.

Ottima posizione a due passi dalla stazione Grand Central, la camera era spaziosa e pulita, nonostante la moquette. Ogni giorno la camera veniva pulita e sostituita la biancheria. Personale molto gentile, ci ha prenotato il taxi per tornare in aeroporto. Ci tornerei sicuramente.
