Recomendable hotel.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación y disposición del personal. El café libre en recepción de 7/11 am se aprecia mucho. Si no necesitan mucho lujo vale la pena.

Perfect stay in NYC
Pros:

The property is clean and cozy. I like that the staff remembered me from a previous visit and was so kind and generous. They accommodated my special request. The room was comfortable and extremely clean! Will always be a Renwick fan!

Highly recommend to anyone looking to connect with NYC history's in a convenient location.
Pros:

This is an adorable little hotel with plenty of style, charm, and character, tucked away around the corner from Grand Central. The staff is lovely and helpful. The suite was large by NYC standards. The comfortable bed and the Lavazza espresso machine were much appreciated. The bar downstairs is very cool.

It was mediocre, wouldn’t visit again.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Peter at the front desk is helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

Rooms are dated, with cracks and scuffs. We had graffiti on the wall in our room. Cleaning staff are very rude with a terrible attitude. They would arrive with a terrible attitude as if we are inconveniencing them. The cleaners would always be on their phone watching videos, not really cleaning anything just doing the bare minimum.
Most of the front of house has terrible people skills, I had to ask the employee to stop looking at his computer and pay attention to me as I was explaining our clogged shower. He also had a terrible attitude.
The water in the shower fluctuates from boiling hot to cold, and the heater didn’t work in our room so we were moved around. Not the best experience.

Bra, kommer tillbaka hit. Grymt läge, trivsam personal.
Pros:

Bra hotell,rent och snyggt, bra läge nära T bana Grand Central. Har bott på många olika hotell i olika områden på Manhattan under åren sedan 1983 och The Renwick är bäst hittills.

Cons:

All personal i receptionen (utom en person) var verkligen trevliga och hjälpsamma. Hit kommer jag tillbaka med säkerhet. Lite dyrt men väl värt pengarna i detta läge.

Pros:

We kregen een gratis upgrade van het hotel. Iedereen was mega vriendelijk! Zeker een aanrader! Alles was op wandelafstand van het hotel. Eveneens was er een groot station op wandelafstand, waardoor we overal snel naar toe konden.

Cons:

De kamer was perfect, enkel mocht het een keer afgestoft worden :). Dit is natuurlijk maar een klein puntje :).

La ubicación, la amplitud de la habitación, la comodidad de las camas. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El baño y ducha están muy bien y cuenta con todo lo necesario.
Café y té todas las mañanas incluido en el precio.
Totalmente recomendable.

Cons:

A tener en cuenta la fianza que se cobra al hacer el check in y las tasas.

Nettes kleines Hotel in guter Lage mit topp Personal...gerne immer wieder!

Das Hotel liegt topp im Zentrum von Manhattan. Gut 5 Gehminuten zur 5. Ave. oder zum Hauptbahnhof.
Das Personal ist gleichfalls topp. Das Bett war absolut in Ordnung.
Während unseres 6 tägigen Aufenthalts war in unserem Zimmer die Klimaanlage sprich Heizung defekt.
Draußen waren es stets Minusgrade. Man hatte uns einen neuen Elektroofen ins Zimmer gestellt, der auch inkl Bad ausreichte. Als wir bei der Abreise beiläufig fragten, ob im ganzen Haus die Klimaanlage defekt ist, wusste man an der Rezeption gar nichts von unserem Heizöfchen. Die Mitarbeiterin sagte spontan, dass wir dafür eine Gutschrift von 2 Übernachtungen erhalten. Am nächsten Tag kam eine korrigiert Rechnung per Mail bei uns an. Das Geld wurde uns nach ca. 6 Wochen auch über Booking.com überweisen. Somit ein super Service des Hotels sprich seinen Mitarbeitern/innen.

Cons:

Der schwere Vorhang vor dem Fenster, der sich kaum hochziehen ließ....
