It was fine.
Pros:

Quiet and easy access to I-40. Close to restaurants and shopping, only have to drive a little way. Pillows and bed were comfy. My third stay here in a year.

Cons:

Seems to me it’s kind of sliding down a little. Side entry doors weren’t clean,room bath accessories were generic as was the coffee choice.

Second Stay and Will be Back!
Pros:

Overall, my stay was very comfortable and the room was quite clean. The air conditioning was appreciated, as was the excellent breakfast (lots of options). The beds were comfortable and I slept fairly well. The staff were polite and efficient. The area felt very safe.

Cons:

The carpet in my room was torn up a little bit at the transition from carpet to linoleum floor. Normally I wouldn't mind (this is a pet-friendly hotel, so I assumed it was an exuberant puppy), but the torn carpet meant there were exposed staples, which were a bit hazardous as they tore holes in my sock and scratched my foot. Not a big deal but could be more harmful to a child or barefoot.

Check-in was a little slow due to an influx of arrivees and a guest that was being a bit problematic, but the staff handled it well!

Great room and breakfast
Pros:

The rooms are lovely, comfortable quiet and well equiped. Breakfast is ample, varied and of high quality (note that the proteins such as eggs, bacon or sausage are on the South wall away from the other breakfast offerings and not easily noticeable while looking over the selection. This is our usual place to stay on our twice annuall cross country trek.

Pros:

That I had first floor access next to a side door to take my dogs in and out.

Cons:

The $75 fee for the dog but no where was it listed on the booking.

Horrible—we had booked two days but checked out after one night—the staff seemed unconcerned.

The room was horribly noisy—maybe because our room shared a wall with an ice machine and the air conditioning was noisy as well—maybe slept two hours all night

Cons:

The air conditioner sometimes worked! The pool was not heated! Wasn’t supplied with essentials for shower for example hair conditioners and body wash with a family traveling it would come in handy! Breakfast could have used one more protein!
