Great stay at a good price!
Pros:

Free parking, location, on site restaurant, comfy bed, nice towels, quiet location close to freeway. Clean room with daily maid service. Water pressure exceptional and everything worked. Great price!

Cons:

No coffee in room or lobby per Booking.com. Check in at 4 was a mad house and took 1/2 hour even with a staff of 3…. Very small refrigerator.

Would definitely come again. The price was good and the location is excellent.
Pros:

The room was spacious and great! We appreciated all the grab bars available. It was relatively quiet.

It was a beautiful location and convenient.
Pros:

I loved that it was perfectly in a good location of the beach and the zoo. It was a good hotel for vacation for me and my children. Pool was heated which was nice because at nice it was pretty chilly. Hot tub was nice as well.

Cons:

My card didn’t work the first time I tried it so I had to go back down to the office for them to reprogram it which wasn’t much of an issue. Just a little walk from our room.

Bestg Western Location, Best Western Hotel.
Pros:

The property is quite expansive and spread out well. I like the seperate, adult jacuzzi. Apart from the pool area. Well thought out. Parking seems to be just right.

Cons:

The vending machines are inadequate. Some take credit cards some don't. There isn't much of a variety either. There are no microwaves in the room.

Cons:

El cuartos estaba sucio, salieron varios animales en la alfombra como arañas pequeñas y tijerillas grandes que pensábamos era un alacrán, la alfombra estaba muy sucia. El agua caliente iba y venia. La sela de la televisión se iba muy frecuentemente. la cantidad de lugares de estacionamiento es mucho menos a los cuartos por lo que era muy complicado encontrar lugar cerca de mi habitación.

Will not stay here again!
Pros:

Close to the freeway and to my destination.

Cons:

Dirty carpet, fridge didn’t work, my mom had medications that needed to be cold. Checkout time, person up front was on the phone for 10 minutes until I told her I needed to go. Needs renovations, parking was limited. Had to park far away.

Cons:

There is no plastic cover in all the trash can in our room. We have refrigerator in our room but it would be better if there is a microwave. Bed is not comfortable, you feel like you slide in the middle.
