The place is nice. But GOD forbid you want them to hear something
Pros:

The rooms were to be together however so far apart. I tried to explain but no one wanted to here room 121 and 305 wew not across the parking lot. They were around the corner. But, they may me fell like crap when I tried to explain so I just let the MAN explain how close they were. But we know they weren't.

Being treated like I don't know what I'm talking about. As per the above.

Pros:

The cafe was nice and convenient for breakfast

Cons:

The room was not clean. There was a smell of mold all over. The washroom was also not clean and smelled bad. The swimming pool and hot tub were not well maintained. Finally, they didn't accommodate early check-in despite us requesting in advance. 4 pm check-in is absurd.

I liked the location. It was not to far from Sea World.

Cons:

When I checked in and arrived at my room, I discovered that the door would close but would not lock. I immediately notified the front desk, and they said they would send maintenance to take a look. After waiting 30 minutes with no one showing up, I had to contact the front desk again. They called maintenance a second time, and the maintenance person finally arrived and fixed the door.
The door appeared to have been pried open at some point, which was concerning and made me question the room's security. On a positive note, the room was generally clean, although there were some cobwebs that could have been cleaned up. There was also sketchy people outside the hotel with their doors open.

Will not stay ever again
Cons:

The staff was rude when wanting to speak to the manager he said to his employee he didnt have time.the a power head was eroded when we went to sit for breakfast the waiter ignored us for at least 15 min before I spoke up and wasnt to fond of trying to serve us so we left and ate else where experience was not pleasant would not return.
