My air conditioner was not working, it was very cold, affortunately the most of my visit i was in business, and it didn´t affect me but when i was going out of the shower and i relized the last day so it was worthless to report
Basic
No issues
It was close to the airport and staff was friendly
The floor in my first room was stick. The office chair was disgusting and could not be sat in. Other furniture was stained too. Walls were dirty and it smelled slightly of smoke (although I’ve noticed this in other hotels too). I used a towel to sit on another chair. The second room had an office chair that was ripped snd the tiles on the floor shifted underfoot and were done very poorly. At the advice of colleagues I left and told them it was not good. I asked for a refund and they only refunded me on night even though I didn’t stay there the whole time. I was only there for a few hours. I sent an email and got no response. I then called choice hotels corporate and they put in a case for it. The quality of both rooms did not match the pictures which showed clean furniture.
Only a one night stay, but everything was great
There was what appeared to be dry semen on the night stand next to the bed which has clearly stained linens on.
The breakfast was good, and the kitchen setup was nice.
El aria de la entrada muy limpia pero los cuartos se miran muy viejos
Front desk lady is excellent customer service.
Don’t know much around this area
Cockroaches
Very comfortable stay. A good value.
Simple, nothing overly fancy; good service; had everything we needed to make for a comfortable trip; excellent experience for the cost. We would return!
Did not need the business facilities. Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly wifi was good
This place was falling apart. 150 dollar per room per night security deposit was outrageous, and I was happy then they were reasonable and reduced to total charge to 300 dollars, which is 75 per room.
We arrived at the hotel at 2 am and 3 out of 4 of us were gone by 9 am. Evidently, one of the blinds had fallen down in room 207 and we failed to note it as we got in tired and ready to sleep. No one noticed therefore no one was informed.
Cut to 11am when I was taking a bath and I get a frantic knock on the door kicking me out of my room (I had negotiated a 12pm checkout based on late arrival) because the bathtub in my room was leaking in to the room beneath. I chalked it and the broken tile up to bad luck and left.
My luck got worse.
I was charged for “damage” to a blinds that had
Only there for a night. Very comfortable. Clean. The staff was friendly
No issues 3 day stay
Everyone was so nice. Rooms were cleaned and beds weren’t as uncomfortable as I thought they would be. The breakfast could have been a little better but it wasn’t the worst.
Great front desk staff. Nice large rooms.
This was the worse experience I’ve had. We got there from a 6hr drive and it was kind of late and we was tired and we unpacked to get settled cause I had graduation that morning. As I get to bed with my kids I noticed water everywhere and then a hole in the ceiling and it was leaking water. Called the hotel they said they will about a room by the time they called my kids was sleep so they said we can get another room tmmrro and maintenance will be there. Nobody came and I had graduation to get ready for. Come back that evening no one was at the desk. Called nobody answered so I decided to settle. Then the toilet wouldn’t flush. The ceiling was leaking worse and the air went out in the middle of the night. I would really love to get my money back for the experience and I have pics
