El servicio al cliente deberia ser más diligente, cama comoda pero en el cuarto no se percibía el olor a limpio,

Los baños estaban limpios. La cama bien hecha

Cons:

Cuando entramos al cuarto percibimos el olor del cuarto algo desagradable, el área de cocina no estaba lo suficientemente limpia.

Pros:

The location was excellent, as I had access quick access to the interstate highway. Moreover, many restaurants and other shopping establishments are within walking distance to the hotel.

No lobby restroom, advertised breakfast included and there is no breakfast, room had 1 fork, pool was closed with no explanation.

Do not stay here!
Pros:

The ceiling fell on my head. Chips went everywhere. Pics are below. Cracks and rust everywhere. The smell was so bad. I must admit clever to redo lobby but not rooms. It gives false impression. Windows were unlocked. Big safety issue. Check in took forever. Unaware of pet fee or no breakfast till arrived. No shampoo or conditioner.

Horrible, disgusting, disappointed
Pros:

Don’t use it but it has a pool and breakfast offered
Since we were having issues with our room and didn’t get to bed till well after 11:30-12 we didn’t make it to breakfast sadly

Cons:

They didn’t have my room available I ordered online and paid for . I got a room with one less bed for a family of 5. The fire sprinkler was leaking in the one bed and the desk person said it was fine and she could bring me extra blankets to soak up the water . They didn’t have any blankets I. The room for the pull out couch had to go get them myself from the desk. There was left over food left in the room. I kept asking to love room they said they didn’t have any . They shouldn’t have gave my room away in order online it was paid for already . I use to work for a hotel that’s not allowed . It was late like 9:45-10 and we have been driving all day just wanted to get the kids to beds I had 4 kids with me ages 7,8,9 and 10 and just me (mom)
I would have moved hotels but didn’t have to funds to do it . The door to the room hits the bed so you have to shut it to be able to move around

Exceptional value for money
Pros:

I absolutely loved staying here. It's like a home from home. Beautiful and clean, nice and quiet. Great Breakfast and facilities.
The room is spacious, everything you need and a bath.
What's not to like. I'm definitely staying here again next year as in my opinion the rooms are much better than the Marriot and that was double the price without breakfast.

It's a 10 from me.
See you next year.

It was just ok.

Cons:

For a smoke free hotel this was right for cigarettes but I had pot smoke in the hallway come under my door. So I had asthma issues. I did tell the front desk but it was brushed off

Absolutely disgusting
Pros:

Absolutely disgusting hotel. There are roaches all over the place and rat traps in the hallways. The rooms smell of urine and are beyond nasty. We had a large group and had to check out (with still being charged) and find another hotel because this one was so bad. Dirty, smelly, roaches, rat traps, filth. This hotel is a health hazard.
