Pleasantly surprised I
Pros:

The single room on the 4th floor was very nice. Obviously recently renovated. Fully tiled bathroom was mostly new tiles. The shower, although it had a curtain, had good pressure and drained well.

Cons:

Cleaning could have been a fraction more thorough.

7 Minuten zum Hbf. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars in der Nähe.

Cons:

Wasserkocher im Zimmer mit Tee, aber kein Cafe. Matratze weich. Gegend nicht geeignet für späten Spaziergang.

Wir würden nicht wiederkommen.
Cons:

Warmwasser nur tropfenweise. Kaltes und dunkles Zimmer. Keine Heizung ( 13.10.!). Wir brauchten ein anderes Zimmer. Das wurde uns ohne Probleme gegeben. Um das Hotel herum sehr viele Obdachlose. Keine Umgebung für allein reisende Frauen.Zum Frühstück mußten wir in ein anderes Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr sparsam.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich

Cons:

Schimmel in der Dusche, durchklopfen war komplett kaputt, Licht im Bad hat extrem geflackert, Lärm im Innenhof. Selbst für die Frankfurter Bahnhofshotels war das etwas zu viel.

Scared and too noisy to sleep
Pros:

The guy at the front desk was very friendly, spoke many languages, there was hot water and internet worked.

Cons:

Where do you start?
-horrible part of Frankfurt, most people wouldn't feel safe walking around here, even during the day! Even in a group, I wouldn't feel safe. Drug users (heroin), pimps, beggars, sex shops and groups of people just fighting on the streets. Police just walk through, accepting its a normal.
-Even inside the train station, I was hassled by people, some of whom were very aggressive.
-I had to fix the window in order to close it
-I had to fix the shower door, just to close it
-it was not quiet, and I didn't feel rested once I started the day.
-dark and just not a nice room (mine was very small and funny-shaped (long and thin)).
