Pros:

Relatively cheap and ok location, decent for a last minute one night stay.

Cons:

Room was stinky and opening the window didn't help since the smell of grease from neighboring restaurants was even worse. Room itself also could've used a renovation.

Terrible deposit system
Pros:

The actual room was really good - comfortable, clean and quiet with a good ensuite bathroom.

Cons:

The deposit system they have is really really awful. On arrival I had to pay a €50 deposit on my card. In the morning I had to queue up at the reception desk to get my deposit back. This process was incredibly shockingly slow and inefficient. I nearly missed my train. It took 7 or 8 minutes, even though I jumped the queue because otherwise I would have missed my train. People stay close to Frankfurt Hbf mainly because they have to catch a train. In every other hotel check out takes maximum of 1 minute - well, if you stay at this hotel you need to allow an extra 15 minutes minimum to get your deposit back - be warned! Then even worse, I checked my bank account and they had blocked an additional €50 on my card. I had to phone them up, they claimed they hadn't charged anything additional, but I had €100 blocked on my card, and it was blocked for 6 more days. Finally 7 days after staying the credit card blocks were removed. It was a very stressful experience. I thought I had been charged €138 instead of €38 for a one night stay. Unfortunately until they change this deposit system I will not stay there again. It is the worst deposit system of any of the hundreds of hotels I have stayed in.

Pros:

Die Lage war nahe zum Arbeitsort.

Cons:

Ein Kautionszahlung wurde verlangt. War mir neu, obwohl ich oft geschäftlich in Hotels bin. Keine öffentlich rechtlichen TV-Sender. Zum Frühstück musste man in ein anderes Hotel. Es war weder umfangreich noch schmackhaft, der Raum war ungemütlich.

Besser nicht!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings 2 Straßen weiter in einem anderen Hotel.

Cons:

Meine Kreditkarte wurde (bei der Kaution) falsch belastet. Im Zimmer waren 29 Grad, obwohl alle Heizungen aus waren. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Damit ich schlafen konnte also Fenster weit auf. Dadurch war es sehr laut, den das Hotel ist im Bahnhofsviertel.

I could only just fit myself past the sink to meet the shower, then even that was very small

Not Ramada standard
Pros:

Good location, staff ok, bathroom ok.

Cons:

Overall felt dirty due to dated carpeting, walls were dirty and damaged, curtains dirty and damaged, mattresses not comfortable and very soft. Ironing table was dirty, iron was also dirty, despite me trying it out first on a piece of cloth and no damage/dirt coming out of it initially, once tried it on my white dress shirt it left a terrible black mark coming from something that seemed to be some dirt residue - shirt cannot be used anymore and it cost me the same amount i paid for room in Ramada - so definitely not worth it. Staff did not really seem to care about this issue. Definitely not Ramada standards - been to other Ramadas around the world, was always nice. This was a poor experience.
