Fairly basic but at that price excellent. Everything you needed.

this past week we visited the best western. we were there for 5 days and 4 nights. it was our 50th anniversary trip and they kindly upgraded our room. i did not ask for that but....

i want to shout out to the employees there. their bosses need to know how great they are. unfortunately i did not get all the names but trust me---they all were pleasant and welcoming and always willing to help.

jasper at the front desk was extremely helpful along with the lady---sorry--can't remember her name. we got so much info out of them to help make our stay great. jasper let us know how we could get rides free of charge(do tip) since the trolley was discontinued. also some restaurant tips etc.

christina at the bar was awesome---hooked up my phone to the alexa so i could play some tunes. great bartender too. there were about 40 kids from denmark that were playing soccer--Highschool or college--- and we played their music too. lots of fun at the bar that night. surprised they even bothered with us as we are 73 and 83.

garcia and yves---the friendly breakfast ladies were really great---always keeping the food filled. btw--breakfast was good. breakfast included in the price.

our room was spotlessly cleaned with plenty of towels, toiletries. bed was so comfy, plenty of closet space, tv, microwave, refrig, kuerig coffeemaker, cups, balcony, plenty of lights, full length mirror, great water pressure---i can go on and on.

there is a pool and towels provided and on the second floor a sun balcony and small workout room.

the beach was steps away and across the street about a block down was a marina and marina village with restaurants and bar. we went on the river cruise which was relaxing and informative.

we were about a 13 minute walk from where all the springbreakers, shops, bars were. i went down there to get my souvys----but it was nice to be in a quiet area at night.

there are a few restaurants in hotels next door to the bw but we didn't try them. they have a restaurant in the bw and we ate there a couple of meals. loved the chicken avocado sandwich.

the hotel was clean---they kept the bathrooms up etc

Very friendly staff, able to store luggage before and after stay, great location for walk to beach and to restaurants, safe, able to check in early, comfortable beds, good breakfast options at the buffet. We would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect! Close to the beach, Marina village, stores and charters.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and just a short, easy walk to the beach and the option to rent lounge chairs made our beach days effortless and relaxing.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious each morning. The pool area was clean and beautiful, with a lovely patio space to sit and unwind. Our room was attached to a sun deck with comfortable outdoor seating, couches, and lounge chairs, which made it feel especially leisurely and inviting.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, there was 24-hour coffee available, and having a restaurant and bar on site was so convenient. There is a water refill station in the lobby which was definitely a plus plus! Overall, this hotel was truly fabulous and made for a wonderful stay.
