Gut gelegen und superfreundlich
Pros:

Das Boutique-Hotel in einer der Jugendstilvillen des Lido liegt ideal zwischen dem Strand und dem Anleger Richtung Venedig, aber zum Glück nicht direkt an der trubeligen Gran Viale SM Elisabetta. Die Zimmer haben alles, was man bei 3 Sternen erwarten kann (einschließlich Klimaanlage). Was uns besonders gefallen hat ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Besitzerfamilie. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

L’emplacement est parfait à 10min de l’embarcadère et de la plage.
Tres propre et le personnel au petit soin.
Super petit dej 😊

Cons:

Un peu de Bruit tôt le matin côté rue à cause des poubelles en bas de l’hôtel.

Kleines feines Hotel mit freundlichem Service , wir konnten die Ruhe nach dem Tag in Venedig bei offenem Fenster genießen. Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, vielen lieben Dank an das Team- wir empfehlen gerne weiter

Traditional hotel close to everything
Pros:

The beautiful building with a beautiful veranda to sit outside and lush gardens. The beautiful interior with Murano chandeliers. The nice room with a high ceiling and a chandelier. The location close to the vaporetto to Venice and to the beach. The possibility to park even if it cost 10 € per night. The friendly hostesses who are ready to answer every question.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but it lacked fresh products. Everything packed up except the bread. The bathroom is a little seasoned and hard to clean, especially the door.
