Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean
Pool was ice cold. No heater at all. No restaurant. No parking
Close to the convention hall
Room service never came in to make bed or give new towels
Close to the convention center
Found a live bed bug in our room the first night. We have photos. If you stay here, check your mattress seams and headboard carefully before you unpack.
The hotel moved us to a new room, but beyond that did nothing to make this right. I spent the rest of my stay contacting HMA Management and Choice Hotels corporate trying to get a response. A week later I am home with no refund, no compensation, and no acknowledgment of how serious this is.
I arranged my own K9 pest inspection at checkout at $250 out of pocket just to make sure we weren't bringing anything home to Salt Lake City. That should have been the hotel's responsibility.
I like that it was the cheapest hotel in town for opening day
There was no hotel parking. The hotel relied on you using public parking spots that cost $15 a day. The hotel itself was pretty dirty for how much we paid each night. Staff wasn't rude but definitely at times seemed like they were annoyed by customers coming up to the desk.
The room was dirty. The indoor pool was ice cold. The room had zero hot water. The tv had several dead spots in the screen. The room also had many repairs that were needed. The hotel does not offer parking.
Easy to our venue, front desk helpful.
No free breakfast, dir t y hallways, slow elevators, noise after 10pm.
Comfortable bed,great location.
Very slow elevator. Toilet leaked,so it would refill the tank every 45 seconds.
right behind the convention center
stinky!
Very convenient to convention center
Very dirty, baseboard falling off in room, shower curtain missing, which made a big mess in the bathroom.
I liked the lobby
The rooms were partially unpainted, air didn’t work in a few rooms, workers were unprofessional
Not much
No house keeping in 3 days, broken toilet seat, running shower and trash on grounds and in hallway
Close to the convention center, water pressure was good.
Staff not to friendly , price to high , under construction with no discount, dirty floors all over, main doors hard to open, restaurant not open.
