No air in room or hotel I want my refund as I had to check out due to it being 84 degrees in my room

Cons:

My room had no air and they was sold put due to the concert and I asked for a refund as it was over 90degrees outside and 84degrees in my room. They was suppose to fix my air and never did so I was told I will get a refund if I checked out and I did and still have not gotten a refund...they had many people checking out due to no air in the hotel and on some rooms that was on the new air conditioner ventilation

Cons:

There was no air. The elevators were not working. The breakfast was not complimentary as advertised on the site. The pool was a weird greenish color. The doors were not properly working, they were either hard to open or wouldn’t shut completely. The ceiling was leaking in the lobby. It was an overall terrible stay.

Es gab keine Information darüber, dass sich das Hotel anscheinend in Renovation befindet. Uns wurde erst auf Beschwerde über den schlechten Zustand gesagt, dass wir in einem alten "Holiday Inn-Zimmer" waren.

Comfortable bed. Friendly staff at check in

Cons:

Bathroom was very worn, bath base was peeling. Waited over 4 weeks for our damage deposit to be returned, instead of the 5-10 days advised. Unhelpful staff when we phoned to query this. Pool didn’t look clean

Cold room and even colder check out
Pros:

There were a couple of good front desk attendants. There were another couple of employees that were less than helpful.

Cons:

The area and parking situation. Area dirt and unkempt. Got a parking ticket because of renovation and very bad signage. The outlets didn't work until after I (the customer) had to figure out and fix the problem. The AC was broken and stuck on 58°.

It was a great stay, and the price wasn't all too bad for the location and time we went.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, and just like I had expected when I saw the pictures. It was a nice one-night stay for both me and my friend. The location was generally good, and it wasn't much of a walk from anything.

Cons:

We had trouble with the bathroom, the shower was lacking some pressure, and it looked like the toilet was leaking a little. Just some things needed to be fixed, like lighting and such.

Filthy...asked 3 times for extra towels, never brought them..we checked out early...to dirty!!
Carpet was stained and dirty, my grandbaby ran around in the room for an hour or so...bottom of his feet were black!!!

Good and bad
Pros:

Location was good for walking to the stadium. Downstairs lobby is nice. Staff was great. Room was quiet, even being close to elevators.

Cons:

Parking is not convenient and costs extra. The pool was green (very gross) and there were no signs saying it was closed. It should be. The rooms are nice, but even with the AC on, they felt just a bit damp (floors, sheets, etc). Bathtub/shower needs updated (room 271)

It was just okay.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room wasn’t clean. The bathroom didn’t have any soap or clean towels. There was garbage left in the room from the person that stayed in it before us. There were dirty cups. The bathroom sink was still dirty.
