This hotel provided outstanding customer service. Troy and all employees were fantastic. Everything was located at the hotel and within walking distance. We were greeted with a cold towel and rum punch. Happy Hour was fantastic. The beach was wonderful. There are plenty of food options located at the hotel and within walking distance. We prepaid for our activities and if we needed to get around the island, we used the app Pickup Barbados. The room was great and the breakfast was good. We will return and we will stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel.

All the staff were helpful and friendly. There were daily activities , including an island tour which was very well narrated by Troy , throughout the journey. Daily breakfast was good and varied daily.

Convenient location and great rooms

The staff, the staff, the staff! They are all welcoming and make sure that you are satisfied. I didn’t mind crossing the street to get to the beach and a small strip mall is right next door. The food is amazing (Hi, Krystal!) and the drinks kept me returning to the bar for another ginger and tamarin elixir. Yum. The rooms are in very good condition and my balcony was right above the pool. Loved the Bajan sayings on all of the pillows and dispensers.

I always travel to Barbados and within this area twice a year. I absolutely love the Rockley the staff is amazing!

Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. Complimentary drink and hand towel on arrival. Welcome white wine in the room. I had a night flight but checked out, used the facility and was offered a complimentary bathroom to freshen up before my flight. The only downfall was the weak and unstable wifi signal especially by the pool area.

Helpful staff at reception. Things in the property were overpriced generally. No good public transportation available. We were unable to check out even an hour later without an extra charge.

Excellent location just across road from beach. Spotlessly clean and staff so friendly and helpful...any issues raised were resolved immediately. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and convenient for venturing further afield as bus stop and taxi rank on road outside. Definitely recommend.

Great location opposite Rockley Beach, next to Mall for shopping/eateries, close to bus stops for sightseeing and easy walking to waterside restaurants and beach bars. Staff great!! What’s not to love …

Everything about the staff was tremendous. Their friendly helpfulness made every interaction a pleasure. The hotel room was a lot more than expected with the kitchenette being a pleasant surprise. The hotel location was just where we like it, out of the city yet close enough to walk.

Very friend staff, great location, large rooms with a large balcony overlooking the ocean, will definitely stay here again.

Good location, overall staff service and attitide was excellent and very welcoming.

Happy with everything but daily supply of fresh towels and shower mat could be improved.

The individuals who worked at the front desk were outstanding! Everything else about the property was good. I would suggest the bar and menu should reconsider their prices. We found them over priced.

Very large and clean room. Air conditioner was on point. Staff was very friendly. Close to beach and restaurants. Great and affordable spot. Downside is lack of parking but it was ok to park across the street for free. Highly recommended.

This was my first trip to Barbados. I selected this hotel specifically for the design, decor and aesthetics.... and yes the hotel is as beautiful and vybesy as pictured. Like you walk up the stairs or pull your suitcase up the ramp and you enter this vibrant place of paradise. Friendly staff greeted me daily and at the time of check in I was greeted with a cold towel ( Barbados is hot af) and a welcome drink. Shonta, Olivia, Zachary, John and Lydia were a few of the memorable staff on my stay but collectively everyone worked well as a team ensuring that they delivered top notch customer service.
My junior suite was better than expected, as I entered the room ( every time I entered the room) I smiled. Lovely layout, thoughtful furniture and light placement, great view.
The pool is such a great focal point at the hotel couldn't walk pass it without wanting to get in. The drinks at the bar were all refreshing and delicious and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable with giving recommendations. I love that food and drinks could be delivered to you around the pool and the hotel had the most efficient food tray container that made eating and swimming very convenient as food was secure when you were away. I have stayed in quite a few hotels and at the Rockley I felt the hotel, its staff, the food ( make sure and get those seasoned fries) , the location, the drinks, the atmosphere, the energy definitely elevated my amazing stay in Barbados.
