Best Western Plus Strongsville Cleveland

The bathroom sink lever to open the drain didn't work, had to pry it up and stick paper from the soap under it to get water to drain. Thermostat wasn't adjustable and room hasn't been cleaned properly in a while.

My room smelled. It’s probably a leak somewhere they haven’t had a big enough problem yet to fix wherever the leak is. The shower floor felt gritty. I’m assume it’s an attempt to make it slip resistant and that was achieved on what feels like sandpaper on bare feet. The sheets felt like there was no fabric softener used.

Everything was set for comfortability; however, the room could have been vacuumed and it appeared as if the carpet had not been cleaned in a while.

The smell from smoking pot with a little bit too much. Especially in the hallways and lobby entrance

Was assaulted by Muslims at the front desk, young women with a hijab, came up to my face cursing and threatening me physically with guns and “death to Americans, Americans just don’t know what’s waiting for them, us Muslims have 2A rights as well and you’re (talking to me) west we can do to you.”

I then surrounded by employees, the majority of the staff don’t speak English and speak either Arabic or a sub-Saharan accent (I have 27 years of service and 13 years fighting Islam overseas, so I have a lot more experience than a corporate employee in properly IDing). I felt threatened and went to my room, at that time, I received a call to my room by either an employee or someone else threatening me that I should leave or pay a price for being a “fucking racist” And that they were there to get me. I then informed the staff and was moved to a different room. I then called corporate HQ to complain that I was in fear for my life and threatened with postal violence up to death by either hotel employees or someone else. I informed corporate that I was not going to sit still sand if necessary, apply my 2A rights if I am assaulted and that if Best Western can’t move me and I get attacked, Best Western is responsible for my safety. Any action I take will be to stop any threat, as I was trained to do. The hotel manager came to my room with 6coos and evicted me without explanation other than a piece of email correspondence that she would not let me see. She was more than rude, her unprofessional Dems and condoning the actions of the staff. I was verbally informed that I works be refunded for my stay, I never received my refund from them and it’s over $1000 the hotel owes me but will not discuss. This is the worse place and will report this incident to the FBI, news outlets, and others that Best Western condones threats to disabled veterans by Muslims and will side with Muslims in order to stay politically correct. The girl that threatened my life is attached.

Room was never cleaned during our stay. No one answered at the front desk. Toilet would not flush all contents on the first flush. Floor around nightstand and bed was filthy with old dirt and items. Lighting in bathroom is awful. When turning on the heat there was an awful smell.

I was supposed to have a king ada compliant room, and I did not receive that.

Pool facilities were excellent but poorly maintained. Wet towels were laying all around on the floor and water was cloudy in deep end. Would be easy to have a bin to throw towels in. Gym equipment in poor repair. Towels laying around. Plumbing in bathroom not in good shape for tub/shower
