Worst hotel I've stayed in in many years.
Pros:

This hotel is way, way past its prime. My room had a strong musty/moldy odor that I couldn't get rid of. The thermostat in the room did not work, meaning my room was either sweltering or cold. Two of the three nights I stayed here, the smoke alarms went off multiple times in the middle of the night. On the second floor, there is a lingering odor of stale cigarette smoke---most likely from staff smoking in a utility closet. Only one of three elevator banks works. When the hotel lost power due to a windstorm, there were no emergency lights. The swimming pool has been empty for what seems like several years. The room furnishings are worn. The only bright side is that the staff are friendly and helpful. I hope to never stay here again.

As soon as you walk in the lobby, it smelled like an ashtray and didn’t know it was turned into a pool hall

Lousy experience
Pros:

The fact that it was easy to get to.

Cons:

The sink didn't drain properly there were no tissues in the room and only 1 trashcan. The pool was closed as was one set of elevators. The hotel hallways smelled musty and the downstairs smelled so strong of Marijuana that I had headaches the whole weekend. The lady who checked us in charged our bank card even though I had already paid on a 3rd party booking site. Then I had to wait a day and a half to get it fixed cause no had access to Booking.com. It was an all around lousy weekend.

The kid were upset the pool was closed which was one of the anim reasons I booked but I wasn't informed of the closing until after I booked I think that's something that should be stated before check out ..
