Wonderful experience with hotel & park/fly
Pros:

Second experience staying here, leaving car & flying out of Buffalo airport in 6 months. Both times it's been a great experience. This time we stayed on both ends of the flight and it was great both times. Easy peasy and the whole team at sleep inn seems to work together to provide a great experience. Highly, highly recommend.

Good but we won’t book again
Pros:

The convenience of being able to do everything through my booking app. Check out was simple.

Cons:

The quality of the room was not very good. The bedding was great. The shower door was complicated with my mobility issues. It leaked onto the floor, even though the door is shut. The hideaway door had so much debris and trash under it. The door handle of the shower was broken on the inside. The halls smelled of weed and so I think that’s probably why our room had so much fragrance, we had to open the window to air it out. We only stayed one night so I never complained to the front desk.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable. Great water pressure.

Cons:

The room was a little smelly. Not a misty smell but not a good smell. Luckily I carry febreeze with me when traveling.
