Pros:

This was a great location in Venice Beach. Very walkable area. The apartment was very cool, roomy and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived super early for check in. The rooftop restaurant was a great place to get some sun and food!

Great place - just needs a few tweaks
Pros:

Location is great. Roof top restaurant is one of the best in the city just make sure you get reservations. Room was nice except no AC so it was 78 degrees all night. Didn’t sleep well because of it. Shower door squeaked really bad. Rhody at the front desk was awesome during check in! So were the door men. I would definitely stay here again if they would turn on the AC

No AC. Bathroom needs some maintenance- attention to detail

Pros:

posizione perfetta!! con camera con Balcone super vista oceano e tramonto stupendo. ultimo piano con ristorante e vista a 360 gradi su mare e città.

Cons:

avevo la colazione inclusa ma purtroppo è stata una esperienza negativa. non c'era praticamente niente e provavano a venderti uova ecc ecc. una delusione e ogni giorno sempre meno offerta

Une valeur sûre à Venice Beach
Pros:

Bien situé près de la plage, confortable, la chambre que nous avions était très spacieuse.
Personnel attentif et aimable. Le parking est cher mais efficace, directement dans l'hôtel.

Cons:

Il y a eu un changement de politique concernant le petit déjeuner entre le 1er et le deuxième jour, ce qui était un buffet assez varié compris avec la chambre est passé à un buffet continental minimum, tout le reste devenant payant à la carte...
Après réclamation (avec d'autres clients) nous avons pu bénéficier d'un plat sans supplément, mais à vérifier désormais en quoi consiste le "petit déjeuner compris".

Cons:

I was kept up all night by screaming children in the room next door!! The walls were very thin and you could hear these people coming and going. When I went downstairs to complain/change rooms they did not accommodate me to my satisfaction and was rude! I paid around 500.00 a night for my room and did not expect this type of service for the $$$$!!!

Great location, not easy to get a good night’s rest.
Pros:

Great location, staff very friendly

Cons:

The noise at night was unbearable. First the roof terrace until midnight, then staff clearing up afterwards, then a neighboring Latin bar playing music until 3am at least, making it very challenging to sleep. The property could do with even a limited pillow menu, as not everyone finds the synthetic pillows comfortable. I realize that these are first world problems, but the property is not cheap either and location only goes so far.

Lovely hotel by the beach
Pros:

Loved the location with it being by Venice beach, lovely room with sea view, and super friendly staff especially Miguel at the front desk who was exceptionally friendly and eager to help.
