Amabilidad, ubicación y comodidad.
Pros:

Las personas que atienden tanto la recepción como el desayuno son encantadoras. Especialmente Eleanora, que fue muy amable y cariñosa en todo momento. La ubicación es ideal. Era la segunda vez que íbamos al San Francesco y repetiremos, sin duda, si volvemos a Roma.

Cons:

Las almohadas algo duras a nuestro parecer. Las paredes son un poco delgadas y puedes oír a los huéspedes de la habitación adyacente. Ningún lugar es perfecto. Todo lo demás lo compensa con creces.

Gentilezza del personale

Cons:

La stanza non era insonorizzata e le condutture dell'acqua erano molto rumorose. Essere svegliati dal rumore fortissimo del vicino di stanza che fa la doccia alle 6 del mattino non mi era ancora capitato.

Gut für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp aber kein langer Aufenthalt.

Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal und guter Kaffee

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren komplett durchgelegen, sodass wir von einem Doppelbett auf kleines 1,40m Bett wechseln mussten ohne eine Preisreduzierung. Doppelzimmer bezahlt, Einzelzimmer zu zweit bekommen. Das Frühstück war ultra wenig. Davon wird man auch als Europäer nicht satt. Etwa so eine Flugzeugportion. Danach muss man nochmal essen gehen.

Fine but location was deal breaker
Pros:

The lobby/bar area was nicely decorated. Cocktails good! Had elevator too. Accomodating staff

Cons:

The location is not great. Very far from main city though you can get taxi easily or bus stop nearby.
Rooms basic and we did request change of room as first one given was very low standards. Second room comfortable bed and clean.

Paper thin walls!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great, very close to lots of restaurants. Clean and the staff were friendly upon arrival.

Cons:

Underwhelming facilities, really bad sound issues with extremely thin walls, I could hear literally every sound coming from the neighbouring room which impacted my decision to continue my stay at the hotel. I had a horrible sleep, felt uncomfortable and like I had no privacy. I decided to leave after one night, not wanting to waste my time in Rome being annoyed, uncomfortable and sleep-deprived. Very poor conflict resolution from the staff following my decision to leave the hotel early who made it to be my fault in the end.

Really nice place to stay in a good location, would definitely come back.
Pros:

Room was nice, good air conditioning, no outside noise. Bed was comfy enough, shower was good. Staff were friendly and helpful, nice breakfast.
