Pros:

Conveniently right off the interstate.

Cons:

The first night my shower was freezing cold. Told the lady at the desk - said she’d tell maintenance. Second night - like warm. Again, told the front desk. Said they replaced a boiler and was having issues with it. Third night - *semi* warm water. The last day/night there was a constant alarm going off. ALL NIGHT LONG and all day. Got no sleep what so ever.

Our room was never cleaned for two nights,first room,TV was broken and when I requested another room,I was told there was none and then when they could not fix it,another room magically appeared but it turned out they gave us the key to a room that was already occupied (lock your doors),then they found another room. Went for coffee at the cafe area and was told they were closed and not serving coffee at 12pm (it’s a cafe!),clearly they do not need the money NEVER going back.

Clean, staff sucks. Room sucked

The room has a flashing light from a fire alarm. Guest has been noisy and the bed literally folded in the middle

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Pool was wonderful! Restaurant was good. Room was clean, roomy and beds were comfortable. Pillows were extremely soft.
