Outstanding Stay, will do again.
Pros:

Something that was left out of the reviews I read and helped tremendously was the Shuttle service, to and from the small downtown area. The Inn is also a short walk away from the downtown area. The Inn also does pickup and drop-off at the Ferry. That was a great option I accidentally learned about and helped out greatly with cost.

Cons:

TV service in the room was interrupted...channels kept becoming scrambled and got annoying when watching. Probably due to satellite service.

Beautiful hotel stay
Pros:

Beautiful view from the balcony of the room. This place was so pretty and peaceful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would have stayed much longer if I could. The restaurant/bar on property is excellent as well. Beautiful island hikes start right outside the hotel entrance. One of the few pet friendly places I could find. They also offer a shuttle to and from the heart of Avalon; the walk from the ferry to the hotel is still short and pleasant.

This is a great hotel! Staff are very very friendly, they make everything to have us comfortable, The room is nice and clean, the pool was heated! I highly recommend this place. Also the shuttle is fast and convenient..

The location is away from downtown. But the hotel provides shuttle. That's helpful. The meal price of the restaurant is reasonable. I recommend the restaurant.

The person who ran the front desk was very nice and helpful. The food was good at restaurant. The breakfast was very good, and the hamburger at the restaurant was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel grounds were very nice.

Disappointing, left island early due to check-out & check-in times. Whatever happened to a 24 stay?
Pros:

Not much of anything. It looked great on paper, but once there I found a multitude of different ratings for the hotel. The person who checked us in at the "temporary" front desk was the best thing about the hotel, next to the shuttle driver.

Cons:

The bathroom was filthy, mold, loose floor tiles, just disgusting. The facility was a combination of run downed and rehab. The bar was also disgusting and no one knew how to make a proper drink. I wouldn't have thought to have bought food there. I was very unhappy with my choice and buyer beware, shame on me.

We really liked everything about the stay except the booking.com price match "guarantee" experience.
