Lovely, highly recommended!
Pros:

Not in busy town area, just a short walk/hike through residential area. Mamma Mia-vibes complete with pool, restaurant, courtyard, and lovely sitting areas. The grounds are a serious piece of heaven! Refrigerator in room, snacks for purchase are extra bonus.

Beautiful and comfortable surroundings, tropical feel, balcony overlooking the pool area was great.
Pros:

The free shuttle from the ferry was fast and the driver was very friendly. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the Inn's restaurant. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect!

Cons:

Can't think of a thing. The front desk reception worker was incredible.

great vacation spot
Pros:

the room was so comfortable and love the balcony staff alex was very welcoming and extremely informative made checking in so easy he has great customer service as for the morning staff some girl had answered the phone and we had ask for toilet paper she didn’t let me finish my sentence and hung up and she never send it i didn’t get her name she needs some lessons on customer service

there was this old lady that was also a guess telling us to be quiet in the pool because the kids were playing and being exited

Cons:

Had to wait for room past 4:00 check in time. The family room was not worth over $550 for one night. Old, has not been renovated. Room smelled old and stuffy. The towels was so thin and cheap.

Pros:

Decent mattress.

Cons:

The Check-in time was at 4, and the rooms were not ready then. The staff was very casual about it and took it for granted that the rooms aren't ready because they were busy. The staff almost made it seem that it was my problem that I wasn't going to get into the room. This was not the service I expected for a room for which I had paid so much.

Beautiful, well equipped hotel in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Our king room was well equipped and roomy with a huge shower. My daughter's 2 double bed room was good sized but the shower was tiny, almost too small to be usable for the adults. The restaurant was very accommodating and tasty. The shuttle from the ferry dock was very quick and the driver friendly.

Cons:

The shuttle pick up location should be more organized. All of the hotels know when the ferries arrive and there was no organization in the pick up area, mostly every man for himself with unfortunately a few very rude Europeans in the groups. The hotel grounds are very beautiful but the walkways are steep and many without handrails.
