Beautiful, well equipped hotel in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Our king room was well equipped and roomy with a huge shower. My daughter's 2 double bed room was good sized but the shower was tiny, almost too small to be usable for the adults. The restaurant was very accommodating and tasty. The shuttle from the ferry dock was very quick and the driver friendly.

Cons:

The shuttle pick up location should be more organized. All of the hotels know when the ferries arrive and there was no organization in the pick up area, mostly every man for himself with unfortunately a few very rude Europeans in the groups. The hotel grounds are very beautiful but the walkways are steep and many without handrails.

Outstanding Stay, will do again.
Pros:

Something that was left out of the reviews I read and helped tremendously was the Shuttle service, to and from the small downtown area. The Inn is also a short walk away from the downtown area. The Inn also does pickup and drop-off at the Ferry. That was a great option I accidentally learned about and helped out greatly with cost.

Cons:

TV service in the room was interrupted...channels kept becoming scrambled and got annoying when watching. Probably due to satellite service.
