Location next to Train Station
Traveling as a family of 5, we booked two rooms for a short 6-hour stay to get some sleep before taking the train the next day. The rooms cost €443, and when we arrived they tacked on an extra €85 for an extra bed, bringing the total to a ridiculous €528 for just a few hours.
When we questioned the extra charge given our extremely short stay, the management's response was completely unacceptable. First, they claimed "the system didn't allow" them to adjust it. Then, the staff went so far as to tell us that if they helped us, the money would be taken out of their own salaries. Using underhanded guilt trips to justify rigid, greedy corporate policies is incredibly unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel for families.
