I really like the hotel, it has a great location, since I usually travel around Europe by train. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the beds are very convenient.
Unfortunately, this time I was placed in a room with a door to the neighboring room. Honestly, I was a bit shocked, as a guest moved into the neighboring room at night and, of course, woke me up; every movement of theirs was audible, every sound. It was as if they were right next to me. Since I needed to wake up in the morning, I then tried to move around the room very carefully, which was very uncomfortable, but I think the 'neighbor' also woke up. Even the sound of closing the suitcase was audible to them. In any case, I really hope I never get such a room again, adjoining another room. It's terrible. This is more suitable for large families, but not for solo guests.

Over de kamer:
- wifi is niet stabiel en valt zelfs uit
- TV toestel is verouderd, HDMI aansluiting bij TV bronnen was niet te zien
- housekeeping knoeit: handdoeken en lakens worden ongevraagd vervangen (zelfs voor de laatste nacht)
- housekeeping neemt persoonlijke spullen mee en ruimt anderzijds afval niet op en brengt geen water wat de afspraak was
- het douchesysteem is heel ingewikkeld en moeilijk regelbaar
- de handgreep in de douche was los
- het douchescherm schermt niet de volledige badkuip af, waardoor water in de badkamer
- er komt heel veel lawaai van de bovenliggende kamer, door de plankenvloer (hakken, verschuivende meubelen..)
- algemeen weinig bergruimte: laden en onvoldoende plaats om 2 koffers te plaatsen
- als je op bed tegen de muur leunt verschuift het hele bed (geen stop)
- zeep, douchegel, shampoo en bodylotion van inferieure kwaliteit
- pompjes in het bad moeilijk te bereiken en niet vastgemaakt in een dispenser aan de muur
Over het hotel:
- de receptie is moeilijk vindbaar enkel via een trap of lift
- de incheckprocedure neemt heel wat tijd in beslag door het invullen van allerhande documenten
- ontbijtpersoneel niet engelstalig en geen begroeting
Over het ontbijt:
- geen appels, bananen, vis
- de roereieren zien er vies uit: helemaal uitgekookt
- er is geen verse schepyoghurt
- geen schapen- of geitenkaas
- het aanbod van brood is niet elke dag gelijk ook niet van het glutenvrij aanbod
- naambordjes ontbreken, enkel algemeen: kaas of vleeswaar (bijvoorbeeld: is dit kipfilet of kalkoen ?)
- geen gesneden komkommer of paprika
- teveel (onbeleefd) personeel, waardoor overijverig bij afruimen
- de kopjes zijn te klein voor thee en anderzijds te groot voor koffie en nog meer voor espresso
I use a stroller to walk with. Shortly after I was in my room the duty manager knocked to ask if the room was ok with my disabilities. I was/am so grateful. This is a big busy hotel that has a feel of “boutique” about it. My room was the best Queen I have ever slept in. Thanks to lovely staff who booked me in, and at breakfast… helping me with Spanish and my confusion!

Location! Being close to Sants Estación made it easy for arrival and departure. Also easy for Metro access. Great glimpse of La Sagrada Familia. Friendly serviceman who replaced our minibar fridge and fixed the AC
The minibar fridge was at room temperature, so not acceptable for storing our milk. The AC wasn't working when we arrived. Both, however, got sorted after I contacted reception.
