Pros:

It was simple, but great. Our granddaughter loved the pool area and so did we. The staff were kind and very helpful. We appreciate their treatment.

Cons:

There were some little things. Couldn't get the blow drier to work and shower head needed replacing.

I’ve stayed in worse places. I really did appreciate the clean bathroom and the comfy bed!
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Plenty of chairs to sit in and actually a table, an easy chair with footstool. Bathroom was nice. A few areas were not super clean but it wasn’t too bad.

Cons:

I think the carpet needed cleaned…. Walked barefoot for a bit and then got in the shower… leaving gray puddles in the tub. My feet were only bare while walking on the carpet.
On Saturday we didn’t get our room cleaned and fresh towels till late in the day. We delayed returning once when we drove up and thought they were going to be cleaning. Came back later still not done. Left again for a while. Still not done so my husband had to go ask the office. Seemed strange… why not do the multi -night guests first? The place had plenty of empty rooms available for new guests.

We loved Mountain View Arkansas
Pros:

The location was good. It didn't have breakfast. We loved the fact that our dog was welcomed. The bed was comfortable and the room was good size.

Cons:

the ice machine didn't work and it was over priced.

It was somewhere to sleep. Nothing I could brag about. Location was good.

The parking area is small, so if your pulling a trailer good luck.
Towels are very rough.
Doors wouldn't hardly stay shut/locked.
TV didnt work.
Ac unit barely worked. Whoever stays in the summer will be miserable

I'm glad the stay was very short.

More towels. The towels were very, very small and the sink still had dried toothpaste in it and there were cobwebs in the ceiling corners.
