Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et confortable.
Volet aux fenêtres + rideau occultant ce qui est un vrai + ! C’est tellement rare d’avoir des volets pour être vraiment plongé dans le noir.
Climatisation facilement réglable.
Très bien localisé, à moins de 10 min à pieds de la place Kléber.

The AC was noisy, the wall in the room and bathroom had a humidity stain , when taking a shower the water splashed outside the bath area . Good points for receptionist customer service and location.

Unbedingt ein Zimmer im Hinterhof buchen, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat
Pros:

Nettes Personal. Leckeres Frühstück mit frischem Baguette, Croissants und Käse/ Wurst.
Gratis Orangenwasser und Kuchen an der Rezeption.
Tiefgarage direkt um die Ecke des Hoteleingangs. Das Personal begleitet einen zur Garageneinfahrt und hilft beim Parken (wir hatten einen Kombi).
Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, die man selbst regulieren kann. Rollläden vorhanden, um das Zimmer zu verdunkeln. Alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas altmodisch. Da hatten wir aufgrund der Bilder mehr erwartet (auch zu dem Preis).
Aber für eine Nacht ok.
Ich konnte nur mit Ohrenstöpseln schlafen, da immer wieder lärmende Jugendliche mitten in der Nacht rumgebrüllt haben.
Ich hatte vorher ein ruhiges Zimmer angefragt, daher war das nicht so erfreulich.
Richtung Innenhof ist es sicher ruhiger.

Confortável, central e com banho/sono excelente.
Pros:

Quarto 305...grande, confortável e limpo. Apesar da banheira, banho ótimo! Perto de tudo e ao mesmo tempo silencioso. Garagem fácil. Voltarei a ficar aqui.

Vacaciones!
Pros:

La ubicación era buenísima, a 2 cuadras de la estación. La gente de la recepción súper amable. Me ayudaron a resolver lo que les preguntaba. Linda decoración las habitaciones. Bien calefaccionado.

Cons:

Tanto las fotos de booking como la descripción de las habitaciones muestra q hay “minibar”, cuando entre en la habitación estaba el espacio del mueble para el minibar pero estaba vacío! Fui a la recepción a preguntar y me dijeron q era culpa de Booking, q eso decía descripción, pero q no tenían las habitaciones, les dije q yo había pagado x eso y q lo iba a poner en la review, cuestión me llevaron en minibar a la habitación… Malísimo! Nunca me había pasado algo así, aparte es un 4*… fuera de eso, nada más.

Für einen Kurzurlaub sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, da man in kurzer Zeit in der Altstadt ist. Frühstück sehr gut mit vielfältigem Angebot. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Kein Parkplatz vor dem Hotel zum Gepäck ausladen, Parkhaus weit vom Hotel entfernt und relativ teuer. Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist verbesserungsbedürftig.
