The reception was great, the room was great. We booked in advance, so our price was quite different from the "on-demand" price. I am not sure if the on-demand price is fair, but for advance booking everything was great and of good value.

Cons:

The elevator was not working during our stay.
The coffee machine at breakfast was perhaps not set up properly - espresso has poured almost half of the mug, nousette was extremely sweet and almost undrinkable. We would also welcome fresh fruits for breakfast.

Pros:

Posizione comodissima, vicino alla stazione (dove passa il bus H che arriva di fronte al Parlamento Europeo) e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ottima colazione, staff molto gentile, letto comodissimo, doccia ampia e piccoli accorgimenti che rendono il soggiorno molto piacevole.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Monopole Métropole. Everything exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The room was very comfortable, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you might need for a relaxing stay.

The location is excellent—perfectly situated for exploring Strasbourg, with easy access to the main attractions, yet still quiet and pleasant. The atmosphere of the hotel is very charming and welcoming.

What really stood out was the staff: incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war schön, Sauber und Komform. Das Personal ist sehr Freundlich

Cons:

-beim Frühstück pro Käse ein separates Messer währe Hygienischer und zu empfehlen.
