The staff didn’t seem to understand that this is a large problem
Pros:

Good location, the rooms are simple but functional

Cons:

The lack of an airport shuttle bus, except a couple of rides in the morning and late afternoon. The hotel claims to have a shuttle bus on booking. But unlike many hotels at Geneva airport the bus doesn’t operate most of the day. After waiting for the shuttle I called the hotel and they suggested to walk over. I walked with my suitcase and it turned out that the road to the hotel is a gravel path, very inconvenient to lug your suitcase over the gravel path.
