Das Hilton Cologne hat eine sehr zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage nähe Dom.
Pros:

Die Lage nähe Dom ist sehr gut. Wichtig war uns auch die Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel in Form einer Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Die Dusche war leider sehr sehr klein.

Vi kunne godt lide fitness-rummet, det var virkelig fint. Hotellet var også meget trygt.
Der var et meget dejligt badeværelse, og sengen var god.
Meget dejlig morgenmadsarrangement.

Cons:

Vi kunne ikke lide, at der var dobbeltdyne, når vi var bedstemor og barnebarn. Der burde være to dyner. Vi kunne ikke lide, at der var en konstant, lav hyletone fra luftgennemstrømningen, som hotellets personale sagde var på alle værelser, så det ville ikke nytte at flytte værelse. Vi boede en anden dag på et billigere hotel, hvor der var meget mere stille på værelset.

Die durchgehenden Matratze des Bettes ist zu weich, dadurch wird der zweite Schläfer massiv gestört, wenn sich der andere bewegt. Zweitens ist das Zimmer sehr klein.

Excellent wished we had had longer there
Pros:

We were given an upgrade room which was very welcome after along journey. We were late arriving so did not try the restaturantt, breakfast was excelent, wide variety of foods avaiable and although busy the staff were very efficient and everyting flowed smoothly. Location was close to the Cathedral although when we arrived we left the station by another entrance and took a lot longer than was necessary to find the hotel. Iy is literally 3 minutes from the Cathedral, take the station exit for the Cathedral, pass the taxi rank and you are. there. Staff were excellent, especially Vera who showed true customer care.

Cons:

The bar /restaurant set up was a little strange without much direction on how it worked. Copious vending machines for after hours food/drink, rather than a restaurant.

Die Lage war zentral

Cons:

Das Personal war unwissend und ungeschult an der Rezeption, wussten noch nichtmal das sie in der Verantwortung waren mir eine Rechnung auszustellen und nicht booking com. Zudem waren sie unfreundlich. Dazu noch Bettwanzen im Bett.
