The location is convenient, close to the train station and the Dom, and the reception staff were very professional.
The hotel is far from meeting a 5-star standard in every respect, from the building itself to the overall level of service and guest experience. The hotel is directly opposite a large construction site. As a result, there is no chance to rest in the morning, not to mention the unpleasant view from the room.
There were no bathroom amenities provided. You have to call the reception—if you can even get through—or go down and ask for them in person. Even then, some items are unavailable in the evening when you need them and are only delivered the next day. There were also no bathrobes in the room.
The breakfast was nothing special.
Overall, my stay was very disappointing, especially given the price. This hotel falls well short of what I would expect from a 5-star property and was a very unpleasant surprise.

Кровать неудобная, вода в номере - платная. Не очень удобно лежит путь от ресепшена до лифта - нужно подняться по лестнице, что не всегда удобно с чемоданами.
