Amabilidad del personal. Ubicación del hotel perfecta para recorrer lugares más importantes de la ciudad.

Cons:

Que no había buena predisposición para hacer el check in una hora antes, cuando otros viajeros pudieron hacerlo. Tal vez a los usuarios de plataformas de reservas no le dan prioridad.

Wir haben uns Wohl gefühlt und super aufgehoben.
Pros:

Das Personal, von der Rezeption bis hin zum Zimmerservice, waren alle sehr Freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen un dhätten mal eine Renovierung nötig, vorallem Bad.
Dusche war nicht so gut, Wassermenge und Amaturen.

Top Lage. Saubere große Zimmer. Freundliches Personal
Pros:

Tolle Lage. Das Hotelzimmer schön groß trotz Zustellbett und sehr sauber. Sehr ruhig trotz Bahnhofsnähe. Personal super freundlich .

Es war super schön, bis auf die zwei Damen die so kompliziert waren an der Rezeption

Die Lage, die Junior Suite
Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig
Das Bett super bequem und das Bad toll

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war neu und leider war es sehr schwer in deutsch zu kommunizieren und dadurch war es nicht möglich das Zimmer am anreisetag zu bezahlen geschweige für zwei Tage Frühstück zu buchen.
Aber ein ganz netter junger Mann an der Rezeption konnte uns später gut helfen.

Sehr geräumiges und ruhiges Zimmer, sehr großes Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Beste Lage in Köln

Verlassene Tische beim Frühstück wurden zu spät abgeräumt
