L accueil froid du gardien après 22h30 qui n était au courant de rien
On a réservé un parking que l on n a pas eu !
On s est garé devant l hôtel et on nous a cambriolé notre voiture !!

L hotel ha dei limiti di dimensioni e servizi a tratti poco curati ,non presente acqua naturale liscia nella prima colazione ,barriera architettonica per arrivare alla stanza al secondo piano ,ci sono scalini da fare a piedi poiché non arriva ascensore

Our stay was fine. Having to refill the small water bottle they gave you down stairs was annoying and the staff were not
