Top Lage für Städtetrip
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, geräumige Zimmer, super Lage zur Innenstadt, tolles Frühstück, trotz Lage an einer Kreuzung kann man mit Zimmer nach hinten raus bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Glück gehabt und einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel für 15 Euro die Nacht bekommen. Eine kleine Bar ist ab 18 Uhr in der Lobby geöffnet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Satisfaisant avec un bon restaurant de proximité
Pros:

L'aspect sans grand charme mais bien pratique que l'on s attend à trouver dans ce type d'hôtel.

Cons:

Le peu amabilité de la réceptionniste envers des français qui maîtrisent mal les langues étrangères. Serait peut-être pas mieux à l aise à Paris. Le parking peu pratique.L'absence de réfrigérateur dans la chambre.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt am Beginn der Fußgängerzone. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal, Komfort könnte aber besser sein
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ungefähr 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof zu Fuß, es fährt aber auch eine Straßenbahn und eine Buslinie in die direkte Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Es gab einige Kleinigkeiten, die verbesserungswürdig sind. In unserem Zimmer 511 war die Toilettenspülung nicht ganz in Ordnung, wir haben das zurückgemeldet, damit es repariert wird. Zudem fehlen auf dem Zimmer ein Flaschenöffner sowie Wassergläser. Die Matratzen waren für uns beide viel zu hart, auch die Kissen sind extrem dick. Auf Nachfrage haben wir allerdings flachere Kissen bekommen.

Gut ist, dass es grundsätzlich 1 bar gibt, die bis spät abends geöffnet ist. Allerdings bekamen wir den Aperol Spritz in einem Bierglas serviert, Weingläser hatten sie abends um 22:30 Uhr nicht mehr, so dass wir Wein in Sektgläser bekamen. Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich eigentlich, dass es genügend Gläser für verschiedene Getränke gibt.

The girl at the reception desk was kind and helpfull. The location is perfect! The variety and plenty choices on the breakfast.

The pillow in the room can be better. They are thick and uncomfortable.
