For the price I paid: Subpar. The “Suite” was two queen beds right next to each other with the ugliest/cheapest furniture I’ve seen in years directly across from it, the parking garage wasn’t available, so I had to park around the block. The desk was some poorly made particle board abomination that stood about foot in front of the concrete wall. There was clearly work done with wiring and no one seemed to clean it up. One of the window handles was completely missing, but the other one opened, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling….overall: 2-3 of 10. The reception was a lovely and pleasant young woman….so, she added 2 stars just by being there.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Best Western Augusta in Augsburg.
The room was clean, comfortable. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent service and great hospitality — I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hôtel bien situé pour les visites touristiques et confortable.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel à proximité des lieux de visite incontournables.
La variété et la qualité des produits proposés au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Je ne sais pas si le naturel du personnel peut être amélioré mais j’ai pu constater pendant trois petits déjeuners consécutifs que les employées féminines étaient beaucoup plus aimables que leurs collègues masculins.

Sehr zentral gelegeness Hotel. Frühstück für jeden Geschmack was dabei und sehr freundlicher Service am Buffet.
Würde wieder buchen wenn ich wieder nach Augsburg reise.

Frühstück war gut!
Personal war nett!

Cons:

Kleine Defekte im Bad!
Teppichboden hochflor fanden wir nicht wirklich positiv. Glatter Boden finden wir besser!
