Pros:

Lokasi langsung akses pantai Kuta

Cons:

Staff di lobi tidak membantu, tidak ada staff yang membantu menurunkan barang dari mobil saya pada saat akan check-in tgl. 12-Sept'26 sekitar jam 18:30 WITA padahal ada beberapa staff hotel yang mondar mandir di sekitar lobi.
Security di tempat parkir tidak membantu, setelah bepergian saya tiba di hotel tgl. 13-Sept'26 jam 3 pagi namun security yang berdinas tidak meyapa dan tidak membantu memarkirkan mobil, beliau hanya bermain game di handphone-nya.

une des deux chambres n'était pas au niveau: elle était sale. nous avons déménagé dans une autre chambre où l'électricité coupait toutes les 5 mn..nous avons encore déménagé. 3 chambres différentes en 7 jours, pas terrible..nous n'avons reçu aucun voucher, aucune offre; pour compenser ces problèmes...nos chambres n''étaint pas prêtes quand nous sommes arrivés alors que nous avions donné notre heure d'arrivée , vers 14h00. Nous avions demandé deux chambres voisines, pas possible. le personnel n'a pas fait trop efforts pour nous aider. j'étais un peu déçu du service.

Pros:

L emplacement à Kuta face à la mer parfait, piscine a débordement, propre au 4eme étage.
Super buffet de petit déjeuner avec un grand choix.
Personnel d accueil souriant, drôle, prêt à rendre service, exceptionnel.
On m a surclassé d office sans que je demande rien et offert un check out à 14h00 ce qui m a bien arrangé pour mon avion de retour

Cons:

Ok un Mercure normalement c est le moyen de gamme du groupe Accor. Mais là on touche le fond. Je cherche pas le luxe, mais je m attendais pas à un hôtel en décrépitude à ce point. C est quand la dernière fois que le manager est entré dans une chambre ? Qu il a levé les yeux au plafond ? Qu il a regardé les coins de la douche moisis ? Qu il a regardé les alentours de la piscine ?
C est propre, mais taché, moisi, des carrelages sont manquants sur les murs de la piscine, des tuiles cassées sur les toits qui bordent la piscine. La TV de la chambre est de travers... ça empêche pas de la regarder mais ça fait hôtel minable.
Il y a pas même un minibar et la literie est defoncée.
Je déconseille absolument, c est trop cher pour ce que c est, un bon hôtel minable, un vrai ferait bien mieux l affaire

Piacevole soggiorno a Kuta
Pros:

Posizione sul mare. Camera pulita, personale gentile e professionale. Piscina molto bella e amche la posizione ideale per il tramonto

Cons:

Il cibo della colazione buono ma non all altezza del resto. Si potrebbe fare meglio sulla colazione mediterranea e sulla qualità di alcuni prodotti come marmellata, succhi e brioche.
