Wonderful Team!
Pros:

We recently stayed at Mercure Kuta Bali for our anniversary, and the experience was truly memorable.

A special thank you to Risma and Mira, who went above and beyond to make our stay feel personal and special. They helped me organize a beautiful bouquet of flowers and made sure every detail was just right. Their warmth and genuine care made a big difference.

The team was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout our stay.

Our romantic dinner was lovely, with a great setting and thoughtful touches that made the evening feel intimate and meaningful.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we really appreciate the effort the staff put into making our anniversary so special.

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL
Cons:

Our room was discussing there were hairs from other guests in our shower. The floor was dirty and the quality of the room is NOT NOT NOT the reality. The furniture was outdated and there was rust everywhere on the beds. Molt was on the ceiling and the wooden doors were rotten. It’s absolutely not a 4 star hotel more like a hostel. It’s disgusting. We booked another hotel for 2 nights.

La posizione è molto comoda, situata in una zona centrale che permette di spostarsi facilmente. La struttura è molto bella, con uno splendido giardino con pesci e una piscina a sfioro vista oceano davvero suggestiva. La colazione è super abbondante, con opzioni per tutti i gusti. L’hotel è anche molto tranquillo, perfetto per rilassarsi. Ciò che rende questo posto davvero speciale, però, è la gentilezza e la cordialità del personale. La loro accoglienza sincera è straordinaria e rappresenta una caratteristica distintiva di questo popolo.

Unterkunft ist optimal um in Flughafennähe erstmal „anzukommen“ oder die letzte Nacht in nähe Flughafen zu verbringen. In Bali gibt es viel schönere Orte als Kuta. Fast schade, dass das Hotel in Kuta steht.
