Amazing place to stay - location and very friendly
Pros:

We recently enjoyed another lovely holiday at Mercure Kuta. The staff are very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Location is perfect and can unwind in the beautiful infinity pool away from the noise. I took my grandaughter for her birthday and the staff went over and beyond to make her stay unforgettable with a lovely birthday cake on arrival in her room. I would recommend Mercure Kuta and will always be out place to stay in Bali.

Bali est une île où il fait bon vivre, les gens sont accueillants et chaleureux. Je n’ai pas vu les 3 semaines passer.

Nice pool, room was comfortable and close to the beach except ocean view rooms have 3 steps inside door leading up to sleeping area, Restaurant had very good food.
staff where accommodating.

Beautiful facilities, disappointing room

It was not pleasant stay in this place ans wasn’t as the ratings on booking

Only one positive thing was the one old lady who was super nice and helpful that she tried to help me with my phone issues

Cons:

The upper pool on the roof was always busy because it was small
The roof was in always maintenance operation so it was super annoying because it was close to my room location and that woke me up always at early morning with no respect to guests
The reception was nice however they were unable to complete a sentence in simple English
The bed is not comfortable at all and the whole room needs maintenance
The housekeeping was not able to check there bedsheets before they organize the room so i found it dirty but organized
