We have been staying here for 15 years and the Hotel staff are so friendly and recently surprised me with a birthday cake and balloons very thoughtful.
The room was very comfortable, once I worked out where the aircon control was. The infinity pool was impressive , with a small shallow pool for kids. The location was good for me as I had family staying next door. Service at front reception was super efficient.
Only a minor thing but the aircon was set at 16deg, which was freezing. I eventually found the control and adjusted.

Le bruit dans les chambres! Il fait vraiment changer l’isolation des fenêtres. Chambres étroites. Bruyants.
Everything is prefect…
Loved the roof top pool view. The staff were friendly. The location great.
The pillows were very uncomfortable and we were told we were upgraded to level 2. I booked level 1 for the patio and no stairs. The upgraded room only had one chair on balcony and no table where as my original booking had 2 chairs and a table. I would have liked the staff to ask before doing this. I didn’t question it afterwards as we didn’t want to offend.
La verdad es que no lo pude conocer, me tuve que quedar en otro hotel debido a una confusion de correos y comunicaciones entre booking noreply y el hotel. De hecho la calificacion de arriba no vale ya que no me quede en el hotel por razones que acabo de explicar.
Nunca puede llegar al hotel ya que por la diferencia de horarios hubo un email de booking diciendo que me habian cancelado la reserva, asi que reserve en otro hotel en Kuta. Aun asi, me cobraron la habitacion y la comunicacion con booking noreply me hizo muy complicado el comunicarme directamente con el hotel.
The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping areas nearby. All the staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

We had a great stay at Mercure Kuta, we have been extremely well greeted by the staff especially Mrs. Inten.
The room was clean, confortable with a balcony offering the greatest view on the ocean.
The hotel got a breakfast buffet with lots of tasty choices both local and continental.
The ameities include a pool with the view on the ocean.
