Dress shirt in closet disappears
Pros:

We stayed 1 night in July and thought it would be a good location for future visits. However, I forgot a dress shirt in the closet and my wife called and asked if the hotel staff could get it and we would stop back and pick it up. She was told house keeping would bag it and tag it for us.
When we stopped by to retrieve shirt we were told they didn't find it. Either they rented the room to another customer and they took it or a hotel employee did.
Either way I would not trust the people at this location.

I have been here over 15 days and it’s two front desk employees that hospitality and customer service stuck at the most one is Ms.cyndy very out going make sure that I was signed up for best Westin I start out as a short time and because of her I here long
