Kupaonice su u prilično lošem stanju, jako stare. Tuševi nemaju ručni tuš.. Potrebna je jedna ozbiljna renovacija. Vrata soba stara..

Липса на храна за закуска и пореден опит за настаняване в лоша стая

Хотела се използва основно за групи. Отсядаме за пети път в хотела, но за първи път качеството е изключително занижено. На закуска нямаше нищо за ядене, след като групите бяха изяли всичката храна и от персонала ни обясниха, че нямат налични основни продукти. За два дни престой на закуска липсваше хляб, месни продукти и кашкавал. Поисках кашкавал и ми донесоха пармезан, като ми обясниха, че нямат какво да изнесат. Плащаме допълнително висока цена за закуска, а хотела няма налична храна. Дори хляб нямаше. Това е недопустимо за категорията на такъв хотел. При резервацията отбелязах, че желая стая с панорамна гледка /стая към входа на хотела/, а за пореден път ми предложиха стая над аспиратора на кухнята към задния двор, където миризмата и шумът са ужасни. След като категорично отказах ни настаниха в добра стая, но е неприятно всеки път да се опитват да ме настанят в най-лошата стая в хотела за доста висока цена, а групите, които плащат значително по-ниска цена се настаняват в хубави стаи. Пътуваме с дете и това би трябвало да е показателно да персонала, че държим на удобства за детето си и плащаме за това.
