Choose wisely
Pros:

Location was great. Room Rate was ok. Booked on the phone with Wyndham they said the pet fee was 10 each. Got to the hotel and they charged me 20 each. Called Wyndham back and they still said the same while the staff said different. Noone on the same page. The bathroom was gross. The room was ok. I needed sleep. Room was NOT worth 150 for 5 hours of sleep.

I didn’t like the fact that the shampoo and conditioner and the soap. They did replace it when they cleaned the room and no extra was left.

Overpriced for what you get though with a pleasant atmosphere.
Pros:

Very minimal breakfast. Did not see milk for cereal even though 30 minutes left for breakfast. Only other food was pecan pinwheels. I even asked the attendant what is usually out and was told that was it. The location was perfect getting to our venue and restaurant. Overall it was a pleasant stay if you want the minimal and a quiet atmosphere.

Cons:

The variety for breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There was no vending machine, however there was an ice machine. This hotel didn't hold up to the value of the price that was paid.

Comfortable and affordable.
Pros:

Great location and walking area for walking my dog. Good lighting on property for safety. Good parking.

Cons:

It was clean but the bedspreads were worn with stains. Not a deal breaker. Just older looking.

Great property. Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The property manager was amazing. Because i do reviews on businesses for pay, i know very well what to look for. I would give this property a 9 out if 10. The reason is that the property has outside access and that is a security issue for people (ladies specifically) traveling alone.
