Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Location was great. It was easy to walk to dining and activities. The room was comfortable. Beds were cozy. Breakfast had great options.

Cons:

Parking was paid and not connected to the hotel. This made getting in and out difficult.

In my personal opinion I probably won’t be booking there no more

The rooms were nice !

Cons:

Located in the corner with no free parking space. We have to pay 10 dollars a night for parking in the garage but they offer a free parking 2 blocks from the hotel which it was kinda creepy parking there..

Unorganized and displeasing
Pros:

The desk staff when checking in were nice. They oversold the rooms and I was downgraded from a king suite to a double queen room, they said there was nothing they could do but stated their manager was there the next day. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful stating at the time of booking the queen rooms rate was higher than when I booked the room weeks prior which makes sense since they were over sold, which was not the case when I booked.

Carrie and the staff, expressed kindness and concern for our situation.
Pros:

Our experience with the Hampton Inn was exceptional. Unfortunately, my husband became very ill, and we were unable to check out in a timely manner. Carrie at the front desk was very understanding and accommodated our every need until my husband felt well enough to travel which was well past the late check out time.
