As instalações e a localização

Cons:

Os quartos não foram limpos nenhum dia que estivemos lá, apesar de termos dito no check in que queríamos a limpeza diariamente; no primeiro dia disseram que tinha que avisar, no segundo dia disseram que teria que avisar na noite anterior 🤷🏼‍♀️
Tbm na última noite queríamos jantar e beber drinks no bar/restaurante do hotel e estava fechado porque UM funcionário estava doente🤷🏼‍♀️
Entendemos que o serviço deveria ser melhor...

Die Hotel ist sein Geld wert
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sowohl beim Einchecken super freundlich,zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war, wie beschrieben sehr umfangreich mit einer großen Auswahl.
Die Lage war sehr gut,15 Minuten zum Dom( in etwa). Trotz der guten zentralen Lage,hat man nichts durch die Fenster gehört, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen .

Für eine Nacht bzw. Wochenende in Köln in Ordnung.
Pros:

Super gelegen, trotz Hauptstraße ruhig.
Tolles Frühstücksangebot. Nettes Personal

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr schnuddelig, verdreckte Gardinen, Flecken um das Fenster, die Wände zerkratzt, die weißen Handtücher hatten dunkle Flecken die beim waschen nicht mehr weg gingen und unter dem Waschbecken waren die Fliesen auch verdreckt.

Pros:

Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

On Saturday night there were 4 / 5 mice at same time running around the bar & restaurant area. Even the barman noticed them. It was concerning that they were coming out from the kitchen area.

Pragmatisch und sauber ohne viel Flair aber ok

Sauberes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank

Cons:

Zimmer zum Innenhof sind sehr laut (Bahnverkehr) und Lärm der Raucher aus der Bar. Das Zimmer war ein echtes Einzelzimmer und kleiner als in den Booking Fotos abgebildet und mit deutlich älterem Bad
