Volvería a repetir mi estancia en este hotel.
Pros:

Tengo claro que lo que uno busca cuando está alojado en un hotel es cubrir las necesidades básicas de descanso, alimento e higiene...todo lo demás aporta un valor añadido que enriquece la experiencia. Pero lo que más valoro de mi estancia ha sido el trato del personal con mi familia y concretamente Stefan, su empatía y amabilidad son a destacar haciéndonos pasar un buen rato, de igual modo Lucía tuvo un detallazo con mi mujer por el día de su cumpleaños. Así que lo que más pongo en valor de mis estancia son la amabilidad de Stefan y la proactividad de Lucía. Por lo demás, todo perfecto. Volveríamos a repetir.

Cons:

En la recepción, el día del check-in, yo pregunté por aparcamiento, y como es normal me ofrecieron el que tiene el hotel. Sin embargo, cuando me disponía a meter el coche, justo unos metros antes, había una bolsa de aparcamiento público bajo el puente del que no me dijeron nada. Creo que dar toda la información al cliente de las opciones que existen en la zona, es lo más honesto y me podrían haber informado de ello, para que yo pudiera valorar que es lo que más me interesaba. Cosa que no ocurrió. Es obvio que el hotel no tendría responsabilidad alguna si aparco fuera del aparcamiento del hotel, pero este motivo no es razón para no informar de la existencia del aparcamiento público. Finalmente decidí aparcar fuera del hotel.

Cons:

Wir haben uns im Co Working Bereich aufgehalten, Getränke zu bekommen war nur über einen Kühlschrank weit weg vom Arbeitsplatz, zum direkt bezahlen möglich. Ein von verschiedenen Kollegen zugesagter Service - Mitarbeiter für Kaffee& Co war trotz mehrmaliger Anfrage und Bestätigung nicht aufgetaucht. Vor 15 Uhr einzuchecken wäre möglich gewesen, da das Zimmer schon fertig war, aber nur gegen Aufpreis möglich.

Pros:

Grote kamer met frigo! Prima ligging. Te voet langs de Rijn naar de Dom: 15 min

Cons:

Met de parking van het hotel moet je wat geluk hebben. Bij het toekomen hadden we plek maar de tweede dag niet meer. Maar er zijn publieke parkings op 1 km afstand. Wel duur: 40 euro!

Pros:

Location - close to downtown

Cons:

1. Bathroom in the room is a hazard. Broke 3 ribs after a fall trying to get out of the bathroom. The bathtub is so slippery it's crazy they are allowed to operate.

2. Card system to get into rooms is so outdated. The cards stop working every few hours and you have to go to the reception constantly to get new ones. It's very frustrating

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt, hervorragende Lage, man ist zu Fuss in 5 Min sm Rheinzfer und in 10 min am Heumarkt unddd Tiefgarage am Hotel leider mit Parkgeb von 26€ / Tag aber überdacht und schattig. Zimmer sehr sauber, gute Dusch/Badewanne.

Nichts zu bemängeln!
