Character filled building in a great location with comfortable and spacious rooms.
Pros:

Beautiful character filled building in a great location. Great to have a separate bedroom with a super comfortable bed and space to relax plus a kitchenette. Also love the pool. Oh and staff are great.

Cons:

The carpet in our room had been played badly and had a big wrinkle across the floor. Quite unusual?

Pleasant.
Pros:

Parking offsite using one way streets in new city, needing to drive up to 4th level of car park is not what I expected with a hotel of this standing. Meal at restaurant nice but overpriced. Wait staff excellent.

Adelaide Staycation
Pros:

A lovely hotel with apartment like rooms which suit a longer stay. Well positioned with easy access to tram then a walk to Ade Oval or Festival theatre which we did. Also easy walk to Rundle Mall. Very comfortable beds.🙂

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, but be aware parking a bit of a distance away & there is extra cost, but really don't need a car when this close to city.
Also we had the shower over bath set up which may prove difficult to some,but well provided with safety rails & non slip mats etc.

This was a return visit and I would not hesitate to return time and time again

Great stay
Pros:

A wonderful heritage old building in central Adelaide location, sadly let down with poor cleanliness
Pros:

Very comfy bed and great to have a small kitchen for breakfast.

Cons:

There was a bad smell in the room. We had to have the windows open the whole time we were there. The bathroom hadnt been cleaned when we arrived, and old towels were in the room. The reception staff responded well and supplied new towels...but noone took the old towels away.

Fantastic sized apartment in great location
Pros:

The size of apartment, the facilities were great, great view.

Cons:

Cleanliness - previous occupant had put milk in coffee machine water inlet which had curdled in filter and the drip tray, some grot on cupboard doors in kitchen, previous occupant toenails on bedroom carpet. Bathroom clean

We were very happy with our room and all the facilities. We had an amazing stay.
Pros:

The man at reception was awesome, we arrived at 11.30 thinking we were going to be leaving our bags, and to our surprise our room was available. Saw the same man later on and he remembered my name which I thought was very nice. Loved the spa in the basement, the jets were amazing.

Cons:

I've rebooked for next year and the price has doubled so not happy. Spa temp I would have loved a little hotter.
