Enjoyed spacious apartment in a historic building.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location of the Adina is good, easy to walk to many places. The on-site Restaurant is exceptional. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. The apartment was spacious and clean, with plenty of closet space and a washer and dryer, much appreciated.

Cons:

Getting in and out of the tub/shower was a bit tricky.

A very comfortable property that has it all
Pros:

We had a great time at Adina Apartment. The property is wonderful and has a very interesting history. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable, as well as super quiet. It's located in a great part of Adelaide, steps from the famous market and Chinatown on one side, and the Tourist Office, all the Museums, and shopping on the other side. We took buses, to get around as we'd returned our rental car and everything was very easy. We also really enjoyed the restaurant in the inside courtyard, which is clearly a local favorite. Wonderful all-around!

Lovely facility, spacious rooms, great "old Australia" vibe and absolutely delightful inner courtyard

Cons:

A lot of the services get charged as an extra, including stuff that shouldn't be for this price range.

We really enjoyed our stay, definitely will be recommending and returning for our next stay.

Cons:

The 10pm closing time for all facilities.

The location was very convenient. Lots of food and cafe options. Adelaide Central Market was at walkable distance.
