Cheerful Sevice, Clean and Comfortable
Pros:

Oprah at the front desk was awesome. She was cheerful and greeted us with a smile. She had read the special requests we entered when checking in online and had selected a room that met our needs.

The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great!

Breakfast had a nice assortment of options. The only thing that could have been better were the eggs.

Check out the next morning was smooth and Oprah still had a smile!

Great stop coming home from our cruise. Nice clean hotel. Nice touch offering bags of ice for your coolers. Nice break😎😎
Pros:

Nicely remodeled hotel. Great breakfast choices. Bag of frozen ice for your coolers offered at checkout. Easy access to any restaurant of your choosing nearby. Only concern did see two tents in the woods behind the hotel. Look liked homeless? But felt safe in the hotel.

Pros:

One of the best staffs we have had at Marriott. Great job from front desk to the individuals working the breakfast area! travel a lot with Marriott and staff was better than I find at Larger 5 star hotels! Overall wonderful engagement would definitely stay again!!

Pros:

April and Ms. Shirley was amazing. From check out and offering food recommendations April was so helpful and polite. Ms. Shirley was great keeping the breakfast going. Iliana was also helpful during our stay.

Great stay at SpringHill Suites
Pros:

Enjoyed the experience. Was promptly met at the counter for check-in. Was recognized as being a Marriott award member and offered a goodie bag. The room was very spacious, the bed and sofa were both comfortable. It came with mini refrigerator. Breakfast in the morning was good. Overall a good experience and we will be staying there again when we visit Gainesville.

Pros:

Place was disgusting. Holes in carpet in room. Bugs in the air conditioner. Stains in the bed sheets. Mold smell in the room.

Our stay was smooth, comfortable, and pleasant.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! Red and Shirley took care of us every morning. We got great sleep, and the bathroom was so clean with a hot high powered shower. We were located in the center of everything, and spoiled for choice of things to do and places to eat. The hotel staff were all amazing, friendly, and kind.

Shirley was the sweetest!
