Great location , but lots of unhoused individuals near and living in hotel
Pros:

The location was great. Not far from old town Temecula and a lot of stores and promenade near by .

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was several unhoused individuals living in the area.

We checked in, then left immediately. We did NOT feel safe.
Pros:

Absolutely NOTHING!
It’s looks nice in the pictures but the reality is unbelievable.

Cons:

According to the staff, 60% of the tenants LIVE there!
It doesn’t look anything like the pictures. It smelled like rancid ketchup and old grease. There were dogs barking in the halls. My kids were terrified of the all people lurking in the halls. It felt like a drug motel.

it was only one night and gave us a place to sleep and shower at a reasonable price.
Pros:

I expected a continental breakfast type of set up. The location was good.

Cons:

The entrance and most of facility looked run down - maybe mop more often.
