I can not say enough about this fabulous hotel! From the moment you walk in the staff is so kind and accommodating. We had a housefire and needed a location that worked for our commutes as well as a room with a kitchenette. The Homewood Suites in Stratford has been exactly what our family needed in this very stressful time. The morning breakfast spread the staff put out daily is amazing. They change up the menu each day and offer new and exciting options to choose from. I love the the make your own waffle station that is always offered each morning. The coffee is hot and ready for me when I come down each morning and head to the office. Honestly in this terrible time my family is going through, this hotel has made things brighter for us. The pool is clean and tidy and the towels are always available. I love the onsite laundry for our extended stay (front desk has quarters ready!). Today is was a high of 20 degrees in CT and when I walked in and saw the sign for a Hot Chocolate station it melted my heart. This management team at the Homewood Suites deserves 5 STARS !!!! Thank you to all of you who have made my stay fabulous and made our family feel welcome and cared for. I almost don't want to leave!
An impromptu stop this weekend was less than we had hoped for! The front desk ladies were very nice and efficient. Everything else, not so good. We could hear the floor squeaking with every step of the folks above us, in addition to lots of noise from outside. Do not stay here without really good noise-cancellation headsets!
It was okay. It was the standard continental breakfast.
The sausage was very salty. I wanted bacon and Hash browns .
Terrible conditions. The exterior was filthy. The beds were awful. The furniture was old, dirty and broken. Cabinet doors in kitchen, bath and bedrooms were all askew. Hinges broken. Dirty throughout. Floor was soaking wet from refrigerator. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I will be requesting a refund. We were not planning on staying here, but my Mom got sick and we ended up at the ER. While we were there I booked this room so that she wouldn't have to travel that night. This was unacceptable for anyone, let alone someone very ill.

Being across the street from Sikorsky.
Hotel needs updating
Breakfast and facilities were very good.
Noticeably quiet and relaxing.
Clean, friendly environment. Its cozy.
Very clean and it have a pool
Common areas were well maintained and pleasant. Parking and walkways were plowed reasonably after a heavy snowfall. Breakfast staff were attentive and friendly, but front desk staff seemed disinterested in interacting with guests. Room (1 bedroom #247) was in need of maintenance and refresh. Furniture worn, holes in curtains, unlocked access door for furnace, bathroom did not appear well cleaned. Overall, wouldn’t return.
Marie at the desk was an absolute pleasure!
Should put dogs on first floor. Larger dogs can be quite noisy those staying in the room below
The size of the room , breakfast included, the kitchenette super helpful
Bed a little uncomfortable, and being in lower floor alot of noise over head
