My room was dirty upon arrival. Had to have the chairs tables and countertops cleaned. The floor needed to be done as well. Bad smell. We opened windows and had air fresheners hung up. Positive beds were clean.

The property felt trashy and dirty.
Cons:

Very disappointed in my stay. The shower flooded the whole bathroom floor, the floor was sticky, pillows were flat as cardboard, the "queen bed" felt more like a full, the beakfast was dried out gross muffins.
