Good enough for one night stay.
Pros:

The outside of the property is cute, with the pools and all the greenery and the pond. There is a restaurant onsite and the food is good. The 2 - bedroom suite was perfect size for us since it offered 3 beds.

Cons:

The room we had was old and run down. The bathrooms were not very clean - there was hair left in the shower and on the walls (gross). The staff at reception were not friendly - and we were given a remote for the air conditioner. Once we got to the room we couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t turn on. We opened it up and noticed it had no batteries in it. It’s just a simple thing but shows a lack of care and attention to detail that we noticed while staying there.

The staff was very, very kind and helpful. The breakfast in the restaurant was very professional, tasty- the nicest staf

It had the amenities that I needed

Cons:

It was too pricey for the outdated property. They gave me a two bedroom which I did not need. I would’ve much rather had a one bedroom at a much lower price. I thought it was way overpriced.

A wonderful open air place! Once you are there, very relaxing and beautiful. You are up in the tree.
Pros:

Great place! It’s an open air place with a large, beautiful terrace. Like being in a tree house. Owner very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Hard to find and a bit hard to get to. Not close to anything. Street noise.

Esta en una buena ubicación, la playa esta sercana pero no hay muchas actividades en la zona

Cons:

No me gusto que no se incluye el desayuno y el costo adicional por la mascota de 500 pesos, para la mascota no hay tantas amedidades, solo la podia pasear por el espacio verde

Pros:

The pool area , courtyard and viewing chairs on each floor are some of our favourites. The next favourite are the helpful friendly staff - specifically the male manager who cleans pools and in general just mills around always willing to help with a big smile.

Cons:

The frustration about the meal plan that’s suggested on booking sites and lack of response regarding the price before hand. It seems it’s really just available to locals. That would have been nice to know before coming. The only other note is some of the mattresses seemed a bit tired. However it wouldn’t deter us from this little place of paradise

Lo único que no me gustó es que la alberca estaba cerrada aunque nos compensación con un 50 por ciento de descuento en el restaurant pero sería bueno que avisaran antes de reservar.

La ubicación es buena para mover se a playas bonitas cercanas.
Es lo único.

Cons:

No lo recomiendo.
Durante nuestra estancia en este hotel fuimos picadas gravemente por chinches, lo cual representa un problema serio de salubridad.
Lo más decepcionante no fue solo la presencia de chinches, sino la total falta de respuesta del hotel. Al reportarlo, no se hicieron responsables, no ofrecieron solución, apoyo médico, ni seguimiento alguno. Simplemente se lavaron las manos.
Considero esto inaceptable para cualquier establecimiento que ofrece hospedaje. Comparto esta reseña para prevenir a otros huéspedes y porque la salud y seguridad no deberían tomarse a la ligera.
Definitivamente no volvería ni lo recomendaría.
