Pros:

Staff was amazing, the grounds keeper takes such care of property and he cares about it, definitely shows. So hard working

Cons:

If I could say anything it would be the restaurant not opening until 2:00, but it was fine. All items on menu that we tried were exceptional.

It was a very nice visit. If I stay in Mismaloya again I would definitely stay there.
Pros:

I loved the pool and the staff. The staff was so very nice and helpful. They worked hard to get us fed during a difficult political situation. Food was delicious.

Cons:

The rooms could use a little TLC.

GRAN RELACION CALIDAD PRECIO
Pros:

Todo muy bien especialmente el personal muy amable y accesible creo que es un alojamiento con una gran relación calidad precio, a pesar de que es un alojamiento que permite mascotas todas las áreas se encuentran absolutamente limpias y en orden. Francamente creo que es un Hotel donde las fotos publicadas en Internet no le hacen justicia en vivo es mucho más bonito.

La estancia aquí es sumamente práctica ya que las habitaciones cuentan con una pequeña cocineta y literalmente la puerta de al lado del Hotel es una tienda de conveniencia 24/7.

El recorrido para ir a la playa ese tan solo 350 m mismos que también son muy agradables para caminarlos

Quizá el único aspecto donde pudiera ver una pequeña área de mejora es en la calidad de agua de la alberca estuvimos cuatro días y dos de ellos el agua estaba turbia, (asumimos que era una situación particular, los siguientes días se les estuvo dando mantenimiento diario y el agua ya estaba en condiciones óptimas para disfrutar la alberca).

Definitivamente con ganas de regresar

En general fue 9/10 mi experiencia por lo de la llave para pies,

Cons:

Q deberían tener el menu de lo q ofrecen en su restaurante y costos en las habitaciones así como una regadera para pies más visible o antes de entrar, cuando llegas lleno de arena para no subir arena a la habitación

Cons:

Room seemed grungy, we stayed here last year and it wasn't like that but we were on 3rd floor and this year 1st floor. HUGE spiders, my husband killed 2 in our room, 1 was size of a quarter and the 2nd one was 3 times bigger. Won't stay there again

El servicio de restaurant y comida muy bueno! La recepción Sta. Ana muy eficiente.las camas buen colchón . Las instalaciones en los cuartos y mesas exteriores muy deterioradas y rotas puertas, alacenas el hotel está en franco deterioro, pero si se ven las fotos del exterior de la alberca no te das cuenta!! Urge mantenimiento!! Es una pena!!

this was a return trip and knew that it was a quiet place not like PV. butut busses were excellent.
Pros:

pool water is cold. breakfast is a variety 2 bedrooms and ample kitchen and living area
no tv.. and the internet only works utside the roomsI really wanted to kep up with the world news at least thru Aljazerra

Cons:

better equipped kitchen. stowels to dry dishe after I wash them. brought our own paper towels, dish soap, just little things but the maid service was always excellent and gave out coffee, 2 bottles of water daily. NO ATM availabe anywhere except going into PV.. very inconvenient.
