Hated it never coming back
Pros:

Breakfast was ok and location of breakfast was ok

Cons:

Get more help the front desk was scrambling to get rooms cleaned when there is a whole lot people waiting for their rooms and my room was not ready so they had to scramble to get it ready they left stuff like old use soap on bath tub from recent customers and bath tub was in horrible condition

I travel for work and have stayed in many places here and this one tops them all
Pros:

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind, helpful, and very respectful of my needs. Also the breakfast was wonderful

Cons:

The location is a little sketchy but their safety for the customers is great

Cons:

The building next door had A TON of sketchy people hanging around outside!! We didn’t feel comfortable getting out of our vehicle!!

Loved the staff and the atmosphere was excellent

N room service never got our trash out while being there

Breakfast was a joke
Pros:

Was Ok after we were able to check in

Cons:

When we arrived none was at the desk.
Rang the bell several times and got no response
Started calling the hotel and it rang and rang
I heard phone behind the desk so I knew it was the correct number. Hispanic lady walked out and looked at us and yelled for someone. No one came. I called again. And again. Finally a younger lady appeared and ask if she could help
We almost just left First time there. Won’t be back
Cabinets in room all empty. Thought kitchen area would have some kind of plates. Dish soap or something. Nothing We have stayed in similar hotels with kitchen area and have always had minimal supplies.
We did not arrive early. We arrived after 4pm

Good deal
Pros:

I loved the hotel room and jacuzzi bath was wonderful, the food was okay but no meat.
The room was nice though.

Cons:

I was sad the pool was closed for maintenance. And I wish the location wasn't so sketchy but overall was good.

They need a health inspection & they staff needs to be trained more effectively

Cons:

hair everywhere, dirty curtain & tub . Had to change rooms twice because no heat & running hot water. Took 20-30 minutes to receive cash deposit back. The area is just ghetto !

Was so bad we did not stay, smelled of drugs, did not feel safe as a single mom and kids.

Cons:

The hotel smelled like marijuana, we instantly had a headache. The room was dirty in the corners and there was tape on the wall. There was mold in the jets of the bathtub. The pool and pool area was was dirty. My children felt that the hotel was not safe, we had to leave and did not stay.
