NO HOT WATER. NO MEAT ON BREAKFAST BAR.

It was dirty and unsafe, rooms absolutely stink, had to change rooms 3 times, staff were sleeping when we were waiting to check in. There’s bits of food and crumbs all over the hotel on the floor, I’ve never been so uncomfortable in a hotel in my life.
In was in the location that I needed.
The pool wasn’t working, no ice, mini fridge was leaking, no shampoo or conditioner, and phones didn’t work in room.
The staff appropriately cancelled our reservation with no charge
Should have known when we drove up. There was garbage around the parking lot. Upon entering the room, there was dirt in every corner of the room; it had the appearance of never being cleaned.
The only positive was the front desk staff agreed to cancel our reservation with no charge.
I made the mistake of not reading their reviews. Lots of 1-stars, all essentially saying the same thing.

Everything, took too long to check in, got to room, cockroachs in bathroom, overall, it was disgusting.
When we first got there, our keys didnt work. It took 3 times and staff to come help us. Even they couldn't get in the room. They quickly switched us to a clean room 2 doors down. Very nice staff. Nice spacious room. Loved the tub. Loved the closeness to university of louisville campus
Pool was shut down. The couch in the room was sunk in and I couldn't sit on it. The jets in the tub didn't work. The walk from elevator to our room was a longer walk.

The Rooms were not that clean. They also had a smell lingering. The floor was wet from the Ac. That was laking water I. Asked them to transfer us, so they transfer us to 2nd floor unfortunately the roof was leaking from the above floor so I end up leaving , but they were kind enough to refund my money.

The air conditioning unit in the room didn’t work. The room was damp. I would not stay there again.
The pool
The room was dirty. The tub was broken. Room smelled like cigarettes but was a none smoking room. Smoke alarm kept beeping. There was hair in the bath tub and the bed was a dirty box spring. No air in the hall ways and the girl at the front was rude. No towels in the pool area. No one changed towels in my room and I was there for 3 days. Had to go ask for more towels and toilet paper. Homeless people all over. Breakfast was not good at all.
