Had a Premium Room and it was great with a good view and quite good bathroom.
Hotel is overall well organized and stuff are professional.
Loved the Starbucks coffee machine and small kiosk in ground floor, with were with good pricing after all.

For first time in Schiphol Airport areas, I had this experience, that the shuttle bus from airport to hotel is free of charges (like all other hotels), but from hotel to airport is for 6.5 Euros per person, where from the hotel location it is very rare that you can find an Uber! Not only this but also the shuttle bus is taking two hours gap one in the morning and another in the afternoon which is ridiculous if this is your only way out from the hotel!!
Also; the room service/reception rarely answer our phones, and I had to go to the restaurant to order food, and waited to take it back to the room, and they charged me 6 Euros as room service fees!
These are small issues but I didn't expect it from Radisson chain, and I am comparing to same level hotels as well.
Great location, staff and general ambience good.
Trouble is, it's a Radisson, so your expectation is a little higher! The hotel, lobby, Bar and restaurant etc. all good, but here's the rub. Rooms really need a refurb, looks like has not been touched since the 1990's or maybe 1980's. service is the bar is slow at best, not enough staff. Standard of food was not great.
