The location of the property is near the airport, and its easy commuteable to places like Keuknof and Asmlveen gardens. Public buses take only 16 to 20 minutes to reach the airport, and from there you can travel to Amsterdam Central by train
I did not explore much of the hotel or the surroundings. So hard for me to point out.
The bed and beddings were so comforting

The property was big and the rooms were big enough. The shuttle from airport to hotel is free and runs frequently. Good for staying if you have flight next day.
The location (far from the airport) , the shuttle bus from hotel to airport is not free , so if you want to stay here for exploring Amsterdam than reconsider your decision.
The hotel claims to have sound proof rooms but we can hear children running and other guests talking in lobby whole night. The room walls are extremely thin and it was very uncomfortable through out the stay.
Also, the rooms are not cleaned everyday as they claim to be eco friendly hotel but I expect this big place having enough funds to replace the towels and shampoo everyday.
Hotel staff at the reception is very slow and kind of rude to some guests.
We got a free room upgrade from the receptionist, the room was very nice. We had a bath an tv with casting and an amazing bed
the bar was a little boring with staff that weren't that talkative and helpfull, 3 of the beers i orderdered weren't in stock...

Looks Premium, Feels Poorly Managed
Stayed at Radisson Blu and while the rooms were genuinely excellent — clean, modern, and very comfortable — everything else was surprisingly disappointing.
The biggest joke? Water. Multiple floors had non-working water dispensers. Instead of fixing it or even offering a simple solution, reception told us to go and drink water from a random tap in the basement car park. Yes — the same area where cars are parked. It honestly looked like a utility tap used for washing the floors. They claimed it was drinkable, but it didn’t feel safe at all. Not once did they offer something basic like getting water from the bar or cafeteria. No apology, no concern — just “go drink from there.” Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
Then comes the shuttle service — free when picking you up from the airport, but €6.50 when dropping you back. Why? Either make it free both ways or charge both ways. This selective charging just feels cheap.
Parking was another mess. We used their QR code system and informed reception during check-in. They charged €25 upfront for 24 hours. Yet, when exiting, the barrier didn’t open and we had to call them to lift it manually. Even worse, despite checking out within 16 hours, the parking session was still running. I had to call again after reaching home just to get it closed. Ridiculous.
No apologies, no ownership, no effort to fix things proactively.
Overall, great rooms — but the service and management completely let the place down. Definitely not the experience you expect from a brand like this.
Nice staff
Location poor and over charged Restaurant& Bar grossly overpriced.Breakfast poor with not enough staff complete the morning chaos.Airport Shuttle charged €6.5 to get to Airport but free the other which makes no sense.Should be a curtesy service given the excessive cost of the overall stay.
The contrast with Radisson Red,Galway could not be more stark.Blu could do with tutelege from Red!
Close to the airport
Not a lot close by, had to use public transport to get into town.
The bed was comfortable... The location was nice
The bus to the airport was always on time.
The service was definitely NOT worth my money.
I got there to check in, first and for most the staff didn't even bother looking at you when talking to you.
I was given my card and then it was up to me to figure out, where and how to find the room, which floor to room is located or even where to find the elevator. We stayed for 4 nights and not once was our room cleaned at all.
I literally had to go ask the cleaning staff if they could at least help with changing bed sheets and vacuuming the room last day.
Overall it wasn't the best experience but I'm not talking for everyone....

Het was erg koud op de kamer, verwarming deed het pas later in de avond. Receptie was niet bereikbaar vanaf de kamertelefoon ( logisch aangezien inchecken ook erg lang duurde/ te druk voor 2 personen.
