Pros:

We got upgraded to Radisson Rewards. Thank you very much Booking.com and Radisson! The room was spacious, good mattress, the window opened widely and we made the most of sunny days and fresh air. Very silent room which I appreciated greatly. Good breakfast and good coffee. Very nice personnel.

Cons:

The bathroom amenities ( the bathtub for example) was a bit dated, but other than that all was ok.

Awful service, rude staff!
Pros:

Will never step my fot in this place ever again!

Cons:

The staff was so bad.. no service mindness at all. I’ve never experienced this ever in my life, and I’ve stayed at many places.

Superb airport hotel
Pros:

Despite the fact that the rooms are a bit outdated (the shower ran hot and cold and there are no USB outlets, which is a bit of a pain - although there are great smart TVs), the staff here are just great. Everyone I came into contact with - especially Q in the restaurant, who is the most genuinely friendly and hospitable hotel person I've been fortunate to meet for a while - made my stay a pleasure. This felt more like being on holiday than a business layover at an airport hotel, and this is the place I'll always stay when I need to be near AMS in future. Thank you, team!
